I know it sounds juvenile, but I think its kinda cute. Besides, it may not have been thrown by him, and it may not have been aimed at me. But I kind of doubt that it wasn't aimed at me. How hard is it to throw an acorn straight? Then he (maybe) did it again.
Pessimistically, he thought 'oops' or it wasn't thrown by him. Optimistically, it was thrown by him at my back thinking, 'maybe she'll notice me,' but was disappointed when I didn't turn around because I didn't want it to be too noticeable that I liked him because I couldn't keep a smile off my face. Realistically, I have no clue.
