Falling During Filming

Chapter 13

ONE MONTH LATER

Skylar's POV

I sit my bags on the bed and start to pack we would start filming season seven next week I was excited I wanted to get back to work I loved the cast we were all a family and I was always happy to see them. I fold up a few pairs of shorts then put them in a bag the bedroom door opens and Jeff walks in he sits on the bed I look over at him "ready to go back to Atlanta?" He puts his hands on my waist and looks up at me. "How do you think the fans will react to Negan and Kristin this season?" I bite my lip then sigh and take a deep breath "Maybe they will be okay with it I'm sure a lot of the fans won't be happy at first I know there's a twist coming that is going to surprise everyone." He nods then lays his head against me. I wrap my arms around him then rub his back I hope I was right about the fans being okay with Negan and Kristin.

Jeff's POV

I go through my emails and messages while Skylar packs her bags I look at her "did you get the email about us having an interview together in a few days?" She nods then walks over and sits down next to me. I reach over then hold her hand "what's on your mind sweetheart?" She takes a deep breath then looks at me "I'm nervous about what they might ask us I've never done an interview with someone I'm in a relationship with." I kiss her head and rub her back. "You will do great I will be there with you I've told them not to get too personal with the questions just relax it will all be fine." She nods then I pull her close. I kiss her slowly she moves to my lap and kisses back I run my fingers down her arms and pull them around my neck.

Norman's POV

I sit in the barn on a bale of hay while Skylar grooms Storm I look up when she starts combing out his mane "how are you feeling about the engagement and your interview with Jeff?" She takes a deep breath then looks at me. "I love Jeff he's great I want us to be together I never thought I would meet someone like him as for the interview I have a different opinion on that." Skylar always got nervous when she had an interview she was afraid she might say the wrong thing I walk over then rub her shoulders. "You will be fine Sky Jeff will be there with you just relax everything will be okay." She nods then leads Storm into his stall then turns around and looks at me. "Thanks Norm that means a lot." I nod "it's what friends are for." She smiles then we leave the barn.
