Falling During Filming

Chapter 33

Jeff's POV

I wake up the next morning then sit up slowly I stretch and I hear the familiar sound of a certain package opening in the bathroom I sigh and start to feel disappointed. Skylar and I had been together now for close to a year I knew that sound it mean she had gotten her monthly visitor she wasn't pregnant I knew it was still early and that we still had plenty of time to have a baby but I had been so hopeful that she might be. I guess there were a few good things it means that we could keep trying and it gave the two of us more time to get used to being married, she walks out of the bathroom then walks over and stands in front of me. I wrap my arms around her then lay my head against her stomach she runs her fingers through my hair and I still relax.

Norman's POV

I stand outside with Jeff while we wait on Skylar I lean back against his truck then look at him "So you talked Skylar into getting some ink?" he sips his coffee then nods. "Yeah we're getting each other's initials since we won't be able to wear our wedding rings on the show." I hadn't thought of that when they got married but he was right Negan didn't wear jewelry and he didn't give any of the wife's rings. I couldn't wait to see how all of this went today, Jeff had done this before so he was used to this but it would be Skylar's first time getting a tattoo which is why I was going to take pictures and put up a video for fans to see. Plus, if she screamed or anything I wanted to be able to show it to her later and make fun of her.

Skylar's POV

I walk into the tattoo parlor with Jeff and Norman they talk to the artist for a bit then I tell the artist what I want I get lead over to a chair then hold out my arm and take a deep breath I had always wanted one but I was feeling a little nervous. I look over at Jeff when he stands next to me he takes my hand then starts rubbing it "it's not bad I promise you'll want another one after this one that's why me and bubba have so many." I nod and squeeze his hand. I wince a bit when the artist begins but Jeff was right it really wasn't that bad he leans down and kisses my head I close my eyes and rubs his arm I sit for a little over thirty minutes then it was over. I look at my arm that now held my husband's initials it was a tattoo I would never regret.

Jeff's POV

I had more than a few tattoos I had Bisou's name, my gun from Texas rising, one on my chest and one on each of my shoulders I wanted Skylar's initials to be in a very special place I just didn't know where. I think about it for a little while then sit in the chair and pull off my shirt her's was going to be right in the center of my chest I look at Skylar sitting next to me she leans forward and kisses my shoulders I watch her and meet her eyes. She clears her throat "Why the center of your chest?" I smile and rub her cheek "This will be really fuckin cheesy but your initials will be close to my heart and I gave it to you." She laughs softly "that is cheesy but it's cute too." I snort then stand up when my tattoo is finished I grab my shirt and put it on.

Andrew's POV

I go through my closet and start pulling out clothes to pack we had a convention coming up there would be a few then in August we would be going back to Atlanta to start filming season eight it would kick off with the hundredth episode. I couldn't believe that the show had made it this far, I fold up a few shirts for the three days then put them in the bag I grab a few pairs of jeans I couldn't wait to be back to work I was ready to see everyone again. Based on what I heard from different people and the few times I had talked to Norman Jeff and Skylar are still happy and in their honeymoon phase, Norman had told me about them getting tattoos so they had been having a good time the last few months. I hadn't seen them since the wedding it would be good to catch up with them before filming started.
