Maddy's Pov-

It was that dreaded time again, morning! I sat up and yawned, my eyes cringed at the light beaming through my curtains. I casually rolled out of bed and gazed over at my clock.

8:15am

Oh right, wait! What? My alarm didn't go off! I had to be in school for half past eight!

I rushed to quickly get ready, I barely had enough time to brush my hair! When I was dressed I grabbed my bag and shoes and ran down the stairs. I was greeted by Sherlock and John sitting at the table eating breakfast, once again.

"Your a bit late aren't you." Sherlock stated as he turned to see me throwing my shoes on and panting like a real dog!

"Yes, thanks for that Sherlock. I didn't really notice! Why didn't either of you wake me?" I yelled at them breathlessly.

"We thought you were already getting ready!" John replied.

"Going to eat something before you go?" Sherlock gestured to the food on the table.

Oh gosh! I was so hungry! I hadn't eaten in ages!

"I can't, I'm going to be late!" I panted, running over to the mirror above the mantel piece to check if I looked at least half presentable.

Sherlock picked up some toast and went to stand near the door. As soon as I had finished my final checks I walked over to him. He handed me the toast and smiled.

"Thanks." I smiled.

"That's alright, now remember to try to act normal around Matt. Don't let him get suspicious." He reminded me.

"I will!" I assure him and run down the stairs.

Thank god, Mycroft's car was there again to take me to school. I really would have been late if I'd have had to walk down there.

The drive was silent, once again! We pulled up at the front of the school at 8:30 exactly. Good timing there Maddy! I congratulated myself. The driver opened my door and I hopped out, looking cautiously around for Matt. I couldn't see him anywhere. I walked into the school and headed straight for my first class, which was English literature. I wasn't sure if it was a good thing that I couldn't see Matt or a bad thing.

I was almost at English when someone came up behind me and put their hands over my eyes. I stopped in my tracks instantly.

"Guess who?" A familiar voice asked.

"Matt?" I questioned.

He removed his hands from my eyes and came into my sight. He was looking ever as attractive as the first time I had met him. His brown hair was still in the same style, swept to the side as I liked it. He wore black jeans with black high-top converse, a grey t-shirt and a green, black and white coloured checkered open shirt over the top.

"That's my name! Don't wear it out!" He smiled.

"You are so cheesy!" I laughed.

How could I stay away from him? How could he not be genuine? How could he, the sweetest, most attractive and friendly boy be working for Moriarty? I'll go to english with him then, I'll try to avoid him the rest of the day as best I can! I had decided what I was going to do.

We strolled off to English together, arm in arm, as friends, unfortunately.

I really enjoyed English literature, I had now officially become a book addict! I loved it so much, reading and analysing the different chapters and characters.

Thankfully Matt wasn't sat near me in English so the minute the bell went, and everyone was allowed to leave for break, I dashed out the door to get away from him.
