Summer's POV:
I was called to Porter and Nova's home. I went over to see Holly since Dylan had told me she was in a coma. Dylan hadn't seen her yet but I went over first. I opened their front door to be met with Christmas lights hanging all over the house. The ceiling, the walls, everything. The entire house was covered in lights. I looked around, trying not to stumble."Auntie Summer." James said. I turned around and he said "Holly's in her room." I nodded and walked into the living room, where the alphabet was painted onto the wall. "What's that?" I asked. "It's what we use to talk to Holly." He replied. I didn't know what he was talking about but I just left it alone. I walked into the pink bedroom where Holly laid. I knelt down by her bedside and said "Holly." James leaned on the doorframe and sighed. "Do they know what caused the coma?" I asked. "We know what caused her coma. Holly is trapped in the dream world." He said. My eyes widened as I turned to look at him. "How do you know that?" "Holly told us. You saw the alphabet in the living room, right? That's what Dad used to talk to her. The lights blink over the letters and spell things out." James said. I began to process all that he was saying. Porter and Nova were able to talk to their daughter. "If Holly talks to you guys again, will you come get Justin and I? And Dylan?" I said. James nodded and said "sure." I stood up and walked out of the room. "Tell you're parents I came by." I said. I left the house and went back to mine. Light was at school and Justin was preparing for his next game. I began to make dinner and Dylan came downstairs.
"One, two, Freddy's coming for you
Three, four, better lock your door
Five, six, grab your crucifix
Seven, eight, gonna stay up late
Nine, ten, never sleep again"Dylan sung as he came down the stairs. He descended down very slowly, one foot on each step. I shuddered and he stood in the doorway. "Hey, mom?" He asked. "Yeah?" I said. "I don't feel so good." He said as he frowned. "Well, what's wrong?" "I feel really dizzy. And I'm hot. It's hot in here." He replied. I put my hand on his face and said "you're burning up." I went to grab the thermometer and when I turned around Dylan was twitching. His head would tilt from side to side and I said "Dylan?" "Never sleep again. Never sleep again. Never sleep again. Never sleep again! Never sleep again!" Never sleep again!" His voice got louder and deeper each time he said it. "Dylan stop!" I said, terrified of him. He continued to scream it. I panted and I heard the front door close. Dylan didn't stop. James stood behind him, eyes wide. "Never sleep again!" "Dylan! Stop saying that!" I said. "Dylan?" James asked. Dylan didn't turn around to look at his best friend, he just continued to scream. James got around him and stared at him. I stepped closer to Dylan and James said "what's wrong with him?" "I don't know. He said he wasn't feeling good and then he started screaming." I replied. Dylan stopped screaming and he gasped. He held his chest and then fell onto the ground. My eyes widened and James said "Dylan? Are you ok?" Dylan's eyes rolled into the back of his head and he began to thrash on the ground. "Oh my god!" I said as I covered my mouth. James panted and Dylan thrashed, screaming in pain as he did so.
