Chapter 3: Jimmys Date

Jimmy's POV:

I can't believe im going on a date with Rachel Fucking Amber... apparently she's the most popular girl at school.  Haley keeps giving me a murderous stare though which makes me a bit uncomfortable.

"Hey, sis, why are you glaring at me? And why is chloe staring deeply into my eyes?"  I ask as Chloe looks at me without blinking and has a weird smile on her face. 

"I'm planning on how I'm going to beat you later for scaring me in your car, and I don't know. Ask her." My sister says as I go to ask Chloe a question.

"Chloe?  Why are you staring at me?" She blinks multiple times not realizing she was staring. 
"Oh uh, no reason at all. Just glad Rachel is happy, we should chill sometime."  Rachel shoots her a glare, she knows exactly what Chloe has planned.  She's trying to steal me from Rachel, I mean she's got blue hair. And I love dyed hair.  But Rachel wants to dye hers pink, and that's hot. 
"So Jimmy, what did you do before you came to blackwell?" Rachel asked staring straight into the back of my skull, any more intense and she'd bore a hole right through.

"I uh, worked at a bar, and went to school at a sort of normal school." So far, Arcadia Bay and Blackwell seem like such a farcry from normal.  Rachel just bubbles and latches onto me, now I don't mind this but she only met me like an hour ago, she's extremely cute and I like cute, plus maybe she'll hug me during the movie.

"So Rachel says you are going to a Rob Zombie movie tonight,  you know she doesn't like horror movies right?"  Haley says like that should matter, she's such a bitch sometimes but I dare not say that in front of her.  Scary Haley is something you don't want to meet. 

"Haley shut up, I like horror movies."  Rachel says pushing Haleys arm. 

"Yeah, okay, when we watched paranormal activity you didn't sleep in your own dorm for 2 weeks.  How are you gonna enjoy a movie with a shit ton of gore and suspense?" Haley raises an eyebrow and looks at us.

"Haley, shut up.  I may be your younger brother but I can still own you."  I said wishing I hadnt. 

"Boy, I'll strangle you and feel no remorse. I whooped your ass when we were kids I'll continue to do so."  Haley glares at me and I realize how screwed I am.  But my ass got saved by the Waitress who's name tag read "Joyce". 

"Well, I don't believe it.  Haley, Rachel, Chloe, and... Who's this nice looking young man?"

"His name is Jimmy, mom, Haley's little brother.  Rachel is all over him already and it's only his first day here."  Chloe says as she starts ordering her food and Haley orders and then Rachel orders snd I don't have a clue what to order....
"What for you hon?"  Joyce has her pen and notepad ready.

"Uhhhhh...."  I cant speak because I'm so hungry and nervous I hate being the center of attention sometimes. 

"Hell have a cheeseburger and a coke Joyce, thanks so much." Rachel orders for me as I turn 50 shades of red. And then she does something strange... she kisses my cheek.

"Rachel what the hell? He's my brother." Haley says gagging, which is hilarious.  So i turn Rachels head toward me and kiss her on her lips as Haley runs to thr bathroom to puke. 

Jimmy: 1
Haley: -2

Rachel is as red as a tomato as Chloe smiles wide, "Damn you two, already kissing and you haven't even gone on your date yet?  Christ man." We laugh as Haley comes back. 

"You two get a room. My best friend, and my brother... just kissed.  I need a minute to process this."  As Haley comes to accept me and Rachel kissed, it's becoming clear she wants me to be happy but it's gonna take her a while to come to terms. Rachel is still blushing as our food arrives she eats it super slow as I scarf mine down, Chloe finished a second after me but damn I feel like I can be best friends with this chick she's just like me.  As Rachel gets done eating, she grabs my arm and pulls me out of the booth.  "We're gonna be late!" I look at my phone and see its only 6:30, we still have 2 hours before the movie starts, what is she up to?  She drags me outside and to my car, I sort of forgot to tell Haley she has to walk back.... yeah.

"Jimmy, I wanted to go to the mall ahead of time and just hangout with you to get to know you." She smiles as she lowers her grip from my arm to my hand.  This is so weird, I've never had a girl be all over me like this.  Like. Ever.

"Rachel, tell me where to go, and we'll get there in plenty of time, I smile as we get in.  She points me in the right direction and as the sun sets the landscape looks gorgeous in the glowing redish orange light.  Especially Rachel, her hazel eyes, which are big just meld together and her face is just so amazing.  Her blue feather charm earing dangling off her ear is cute as shit.  Dude I'm getting a piercing soon.  It's gonna happen.  "Jimmy, you should get your lip pierced while we are here! There's a shop that'll do it for cheap. Especially since I know the guy." 

"Okay? Why not.  Let's go find it."  I smile wide as I floor it to the mall and find a parking spot.  We get out and as I go to open Rachels door, she gets out and kisses me hard.  Damn this girl is amazing.
