Summary: (Y/N) takes a bullet for Robin, causing Superboy to blow a fuse out of worrying, getting into a huge fight. After a painfully long week of being mad, Superboy decides to apologize.

Key: (E/C) = Eye color

"THAT WAS REALLY STUPID, Y'KNOW!!"

"I DID WHAT I HAD TO DO!!"

"IT WAS RECKLESS! YOU COULD'VE DONE SOMETHING ELSE!"

"I COULDN'T THINK OF ANYTHING ELSE! I COULDN'T LET HIM GET SHOT!"

"(Y/N)! YOU COULD'VE DIED!"

"BUT I DIDN'T!! WHY ARE YOU WORRYING SO MUCH?!", you shouted, angrily. Boy, was Conner being a pain in the neck.

"You were still being stupid.", he said, crossing his arms.

"ARRRGGGGHHHH!!", you screamed and stormed off.

--Flashback--

You saw Robin being cornered by villain helpers. You ran over and knocked out the thug that was about to hit Robin.

"Thanks", he said and did a backflip, hitting another guy.

"No, prob.", you grinned and punched a helper square in the jaw.

A thug slowly reached for his gun. Then, he pulled the trigger. You weren't thinking, so you jumped in front of Robin before the bullet could hit him.

"(S/H/N)!!", was all you heard before you blacked out.

It's already been a week since the fight. You and Conner are STILL mad at each other, and the team was starting to get worried. You and Conner were best friends. Closer then two peas in a pod. You also had a HUGE crush on him, so this was like torture for you.

"It's been to long, Supes. You gotta go talk to her!", Bart said.

Conner only sighed and looked away. To be honest, he really missed you. He didn't like the fact that you were mad at him.

"Look! (Y/N) is right there! Go!", Robin piped up, pointing towards you. Since you saved him from getting shot, he felt guilty because he felt like the fight was his fault.

Conner glanced at you. You're usual sparkling (E/C) eyes were dull. You were frowning, and M'gann was trying to cheer you up.

You smiled sadly at her and told her you were fine. You walked over to your room and stepped inside, closing the door behind you. (Yes, you live here) Conner slowly made his way towards your room.

He knocked on the door.

"Hm?", you answered through the door.

"Um... it's Conner.", he said, nervously.

You opened the door and looked at him, puzzled.

"Conner?"

"L-Look...", he sighed, "I'm s-s-sorry. I know you jumped in front of him to protect him, but I was just scared you wouldn't make it. I wasn't mad at you. I was mad at myself. For not being there for you. And, I was letting out my anger at you, which was unfair of me. I'm sorry."

You were shocked. Conner rarely ever apologized to people. The truth was, you missed him too. So you smiled, "I'm sorry, too. I was being reckless and didn't think of the consequences. I really missed you, Conner. Friends?"

He seemed to frown at the word "friends", and that made you nervous. Did he not want to be your friend anymore??

"Uh... Conner? Is something wrong?", you asked nervously.

"(Y-Y/N). I wanna tell you something. You're the most amazing person ever. I love your dazzling (E/C) eyes, and your beautiful (H/C) hair. You're always there for me, even when I blow up. Can.. we be more then just... friends?", he confessed.

You stared at him in shock. On the inside, your inside fangirl was screaming and was thinking of multiple ship names for you two.

You let your inner fangirl out and squealed, "I really like you too, Conner!!"

His eyes widened and he grinned, a real one. He picked you up and span you around. You squealed and laughed. Then, he set you down and smashed his lips onto yours, and you immediately kissed back. After a few seconds, you both pulled away.

"Be my girlfriend?", he asked, giving you a shy smile.

"Of course.", you answered, smiling back.

"Told you he would do it!", Bart whispered, "You owe me five bucks!"

"You're from the future! It's not fair!", Jaime whined.

"A bet's a bet. Hand it over."

"Fiiiiine.", Jaime groaned, slapping a five-dollar bill on Bart's hand.

"This is awesome!", Robin chuckled quietly, recording the whole thing.

"The girls are gonna freak out when they hear this!", Garfield snickered.
