Summary: (Y/N) Allen was a total wimp with her crush. No one would've expected that from an Allen kid. But what happens when Beast Boy notices her weird attitude towards him?

"Ok, (Y/N), here's the plan. When we arrive, we'll jump out with our superspeed, spread our arms out and say, 'Ta-da'!! You got it?", your twin brother proclaimed with an excited sparkle in his eye.

You laughed and shook your head, "As stupid as it is, I like it. Let's do this!"

Bart whooped childishly making you laugh again. Yes, you and Bart were the ultimate speedster twins. When you had found out Bart was going back in time to try to save the future, how could you not join in?!

A gasp slipped out your lips as the time machine's control panel started to glow red and black repetitively.

"We've arrived...!", you squeaked out in held back excitement.

The door latch slowly opened.

Bart grinned, "Ready? Three... two... one!"

You both leaped out of the machine, arms spread out widely with the hugest grins you will ever see from the twins.

"TA-DAAA!!", you both cheered, seeing a group of three armed people in front of you.

"Intruder alert, intruder alert.", a speaker started to play, making you recoil your arms in slight confusion.

"Computer, lock down cave.", the oldest man in black, whom you recognized as Nightwing, ordered.

"Well, I think we've found our unknown energy impulse...", the green boy with a tail, who you guessed was Beast Boy, commented to Nightwing.

Bart seemed to ponder the word for a moment, "Impulse...?"

You both shared a look and you quirked a brow knowingly, "That's... so crash!!"

"Catchy, dramatic, one word...", he stated, zipping over to Nightwing's side in a hurry.

"Like Nightwing!", he flashed over to the younger, who you guessed was Red Robin, "And Robin!", you nodded, as you were correct. Bart then sped over to Beast Boy, "And Beast Boy!... except, that's two words. Blue Beetle's two words... hey, is he here too?!"

"Hey, bro, I think you're scaring them a bit.", you half joked, speeding over to your twin's side, slightly surrounding Beast Boy.

Bart just waved you off and sped off to the entrance of yet another gateway, "Nevermind. Impulse, along with his sidekick sister, can find that out for himself!", he declared dramatically.

Sidekick sister?! , you thought to yourself while shaking your head, "Are you serious... I'm not your sidekick! And what kind of name is Impulse?!", you mocked him jokingly, "Hey, I could come up with a better name."

Bart scoffed, "You're just jealous that I already have a hero name seconds out of that machine."

"I hereby name myself Streak!", you shouter, pointing a finger to the sky, "It's cool, it makes sense for my superpower-"
