(Jamie's POV)
Today has been one of the worst days at school, ever. Nothing happened with Jesse, nor Jacob. It was... Boring.
I know why it was boring to, Mike- Michael wasn't there to help me through the day like he has been for the past couple of days.
Wow, I get attached. Some people would call me clingy.
I stroll over to the school gates, to find Michael leaning against the school sign. He smirked as he saw me walking down the steep hill towards him.
"Hello, princess." He greeted. I hated it when he called me that, but at the same time I adored it. It made butterflies occur in my stomach, it made my cheeks burn the deepest shade of red.
"Hello, Mike." I said using his nick name, he let out a small chuckle. I gave him a short smile. He gestured for me to walk the down the path, but instead of going my usual way we turned right instead of left.
"How was school?" He asked pulling a lighter out of his pocket.
"It was boring." I admit, shrugging to myself. He pulled his box of cigarettes out of his pocket pulling an individual one out of the box.
He showed me the box, and offered me one. I shook me head, like I said I hate smoking. I don't think that opinion is going to change anytime soon.
I think smoking is a complete waste of money, if you ask me.
Imagine what you could be spending that money on and you're spending it on something that could potentially kill you?
"How was your day?" I ask breaking the silence, he turned to face me as a girl approached us.
"Shit." Michael cursed, I wasn't sure weather he was answering the question or he was cursing because of the girl who was coming towards us.
She stopped dead in her tracks, she stood there right in front of us.
Well she stopped dead in front of Michael.
"Who is this?" She asked pointing to me, she has dirty blonde hair. It was pulled back into a high pony tail. She was wearing a belly top and shorts, I don't know why it is cold outside if she hadn't of noticed.
"Ja-"
"Jamie, you are?" I answered her question cutting Michael of. Pet peeve, number two. If you have a question about someone who is standing right in front of you. Ask them, not someone else.
"Claire." She spat. I just smirked, she shouted like a idiot when she tried to make me feel uncomfortable, as she stepped closer to me.
"Pretty name." I complimented sarcastically. I have no idea where my confidence has come from.
"Where did you find this one?" She asked Michael pointing to me.
This one? Sorry. 'This one' has a name, a name in which I just told you.
"Time for us to go." Michael said intwining our fingers together. Not happening, I pulled away quickly. I don't want it to look like we're going out, once again I done that for Michael's sake.
He glared at me, I turned back to face Claire. I wasn't going to ask Michael who she was just yet, but believe me the question is on it's way.
"Do all your friends smoke?" I ask out of curiosity. I just don't really want to be surrounded by smokers, and be the only person that is a non- smoker.
"Nope, the only people who smoke is, Aid, Ben and I." He shrugs, I wonder how he started smoking? I wonder if Aiden made him start? He did say he was a bad influence...
