Chapter Seven:

(Michael's POV)

"Aid, Claire and I have nothing going on get that into your head, I don't like her!" I whispered under the shelter, at the moment it was just Aid and I. The others are coming later.

"Mike, she knows Jesse and Jacob. You know what Jacob has against us!" He said pointing out a serious thing that happened not so long ago.

"It's done, if Jacob doesn't realise that he is one pathetic guy." I shrugged, sticking the cigarette in my mouth taking a drag out of it.

Sometimes I wonder if I should stop smoking.

Should I?

Jamie would like me a whole lot more.

"Jacob doesn't forget things, you know that as well as I do Michael." Aid snarled.

He needs to fuck off with the Jacob business. It's done, over never gonna happen again.

Well, if he keeps treating Jay like shit it will happen again.

Jacob is a gang, we don't know the name but we know it consists of a lot of people, well around about the same number of people as us but, they have one extra person in their gang.

We lost a member of our gang, when I broke up with Darcy. I had to get away from Darcy, she was controlling, she made me do everything her way or no way at all..

"If Jacob and his gang as much as threatens one of our gang members, it's your fault." He said pointing a finger in my direction.

Let it be my fault.

I'm not letting a dick like Jacob get away with hurting my girl- Jamie.

My girl?

I don't like Jay like that, she's a best friend. At least I think she is?

I hate damn feelings, they fuck everything up. Like me, a fuck up.

"I'm going." I said fed up. Aid shrugged.

I love Aid and everything, but he really does piss me off. He doesn't think of anyone else, other than himself and Emilia.

I know it's good that he cares for his girlfriend, he would do anything for her but sometimes I find him over protective.

Am I over protective of Jamie?

No. I'm not, I'm just helping her out she has no self confidence she needs help when it comes to fights, well arguments. She can't stick up for herself, she needs someone to protect her from people like Jacob, and Jesse.

That person is gonna be me.

Regardless of what Aid says, I will protect Jamie from idiots like Jesse and Jacob.
