At once Louise called him on the phone. Jerome picked it up and walked into another room.
"Jerome, are you kidding me? What the hell?" She sounded like she was overly angry. Jerome took in a breath in to explain.
"Louise listen, I was drunk and-" He stopped when his girlfriend started yelling.
"Drunk? Oh so you're drinking now? I'm very ashamed about you Jerome!" She yelled. Jerome shrunk back, obviously hurt by the words. He began again, his words now shaking as he threatened to cry.
"Louise...baby...let me explain..." He begged. Louise snorted.
"Alright, explain,"
"Mitch and I, we, we, we jsut lost ourselves. We didn't know what we were doing, it was a mistake. Honestly!" Jerome explained. Louise still didn't forgive.
"Why didn't you think of the consequences before hand? You know what? No...no...if you're gonna get fucking drunk and just go out like that, then you're not my guy. I'm not being with a guy who does that. It's over Jerome!" Louise snarled. Jerome felt himself shatter.
"W-what? Louise...come on..." He begged.
"No. it's over Jerome. Fucking call me when you're sober,"
And with that, Louise ended the call.
