It's already nightfall but we've reached our destination.

"Well here it is, my home slash hideout." I said walking towards my house.

"It's not very big but it's pretty comfortable, and I should know because this is where I grew up."

"It's nice, also it's pretty isolated from well, everything. So that's good." She laughed.

I rolled my eyes and kept walking.

I've never really brought anyone here other than Nikoli, but it's been so long since we've been here, so he forgot that this place was even real.

This place still haunts me at night from the horrors I've gone through.

No matter how hard I try, my past manages to find me and haunt me.

Non finirà mai.

I stopped once I got to the front door and crouched down to a small flower pot with dead flowers and lifted it up.

I grabbed the key that were underneath and put the flower pot back down.

I stood back up and put the key in the keyhole.

I paused and leaned my head on the door.

I took a deep breath and turned the key but I didn't open the door.

"Are you okay?"

"I'm just not sure this was the best choice." I said.

"Well, we're already here and it's too late to go to a motel or something because it's dark and someone might catch us. Unless you have another cabin we could go to, I suggest we stay here." She said.

"I'm not even sure that it's safe."

"Or you are just to scared to bring me to your house?" She joked.

I turned around giving her a bored look which made her smile fade.

"No." I said then turned back around.

I am being serious and she's taking all of this as if it was a game.

She doesn't understand how hard it is for me to come back here.

I don't even know why I did.

"Sorry, I was just trying to lighten the mood."

"Why would I be afraid of showing you my house? There's not much to look at anyways, I left this place pretty empty a long time ago and it should be just the way I left it."

"So are we going to stay here?"

I nodded.

"Okay, good! I'm pretty tired."

I pushed the door open and dust flew around.

"Wow, you weren't kidding. When was the last time you've been here?"

I ignored her question and walked in and turned the lights on.

It wasn't very much light, it was very dim and dark.

"Okay." She said as she followed me in and shut the door.

I honestly am not in the mood to be humored, especially not here.

Why does she have to be so bubbly?

She's like a freaking Disney character.

"So are you gonna show me around the house or can I do it myself?" She asked seriously.

"Go ahead." I said as I sprawled out on the couch, shutting my eyes and covering my face with my hand.

Then I could hear her walking around the house opening and closing some doors.
