"Looks like they've been through here." Chief Obion knelt down by the pile of black. He picked up a few strands and examined it carefully."He cut his hair, so it's harder for us to find him." He gripped tightly onto the chunk of hair, getting back up. "He's around here. Spread out and find him." His men nodded and dispersed.

"Ugh..! Nothing fits anymore!" Kaliam complained, throwing another shirt to the pile. Breeze smiled, dropping what he was doing and placed his arms around Kaliam's waist."What do you expect? You're pregnant." Kaliam pouted, just putting a cute shawl over his swollen belly. He tugged at the ends of it. He was six months pregnant and growing ever so slightly everyday.
Breeze held his hand as they walked across the field. It was a nice breezy day. The sky was blue, dotted with clouds here and there. They walked along the bank of the river. Muddy sand squishing in between their bare toes.
"There they are." A man held out his spear towards the couple. Chief Obion walked up from behind a tree. His eyes were narrowed. Hatred written all over his face. He stared down at the two. Kaliam holding the bottom of his stomach and laughing as Breeze pulled a flopping fish out of the water.
"I can't believe that is my son. The next heir." Obion held out his bow and arrow. He lined it up so it would hit right into Kaliam's head. "Shall this forbidden bond be no more." He let go. The arrow whizzed through the air. As accurate as the arrow was, it didn't hit Kaliam. It stopped suddenly half way there. Breeze looked over at the line of trees, directly into his fathers eyes. Obion's eyes widened with how powerful just that glare was. The arrow dropped to the ground, right as Obion called off the ambush and started to retreat.
"Are you alright?" Breeze went over to Kaliam who looked shocked. He kept staring at the single arrow, lying in the sand just a few feet away.
"D-did you...H-how did you?" Just as Kaliam was stuttering his question, Rehanah appeared near the arrow. His hooves landed softly on the sand. He gave a big smile to Breeze who immediately ran over to him. They greeted each other with a, "Hello."
"So, this must be Kaliam." Rehanah smiled, looking over at him. Breeze motioned for Kaliam to come over.
"This is Rehanah. An old childhood friend of mine." Rehanah bowed slightly. The vines and flowers in his antlers bouncing a bit.
"Childhood friend? He's a faeye?"
"I used to be human." Rehanah glanced down at Kaliam's stomach. he laid his hand on top of it gently. "How's the baby? Not giving you any trouble is it?"
"No, not at all." Kaliam rubbed is own stretched belly. "He's an angel."
"He?" Rehanah tilted his head.
"Well, we're not sure if he's a birth father or not. But yes, he." Rehanah shook his head.
"You know nothing of this child." Both Kaliam and Breeze looked at him confused. "May I speak to you in private, Breeze?" Breeze nodded, excusing himself and following Rehanah near the edge of the forest.
"What's going on? You're acting a bit weird." Rehanah sighed.
"Remember a few months ago I came and told you about how important it is that this child is born?" Breeze nodded, crossing his arms.
"Yes, of course."
"Well, it's because that child your mate carries is so rare. So rare that it's actually impossible." Rehanah was beginning to fade away. "That child he carries is the first girl in thousand, maybe even millions of years!"Breeze's eyes widened so wide that it looked like they would pop out of his head.
"H-how?! We're just normal people."
"Yes, but you have that strange power, Breeze." Rehanah pressed his finger into Breeze's chest by his heart. "Looks like the universe had a very special plan for you." He smiled, resting a hand on Breeze's shoulder. He was fading away into mist faster now. "Don't let no one find out about the girl. Some faeye might already know. Ones like myself. Don't let any other human, nobody! Nobody must find out about the birth of the first female." He embraced Breeze. Breeze did the same, wrapping his arms around his old friend.
"Thank you for everything, Rehanah." They separated. Rehanah nodded.
"I pray that Kaliam will have a safe birth." He smiled, walking out a few feet and letting the wind carry him away. His body turned into mist and flew away in the air. Breeze looked up at the sky before heading back to Kaliam. The breeze making the back of his Hakama flow behind him.

"His power seems to be getting stronger." Chief Obion sighed, brushing his hair back. A few gray hairs could be seen between the other strands of black. Hina was lying on the bed, running his fingers through the fur of an old tabby cat."It's that bad, is it?" Obion nodded, looking down.
"What had happened to our son? I'm afraid he's getting too strong for his own good."
"All we can do is wait and see, my love." They both looked upset. Obion went over to the fire and threw another log in.
"I know." He laid in the bed with Hina. "That child they are having. I have this weird feeling that it's not Normal. It's powerful. I can feel it."
