“I'm sorry Jonah their just a lot of stuff going on,” Andi said.

“But,” Jonah said.

“I just feel like we don’t connect and we don’t trust each other,” Andi said.

“Are you ok? Andi said.

“Yeah I'm good,” Jonah said.

“Friends,” Andi hugged Jonah

“Friends,” Jonah hugged back

After Andi left, the spoon Jonah felt empty he didn’t know who to talk to he just kept walking into he winded up at Cyrus’s house. He knocked on the door until Cyrus came to the door he was clearly awoken from a nap.

“Can I come in?" Jonah said.

“Sure," Cyrus said.

They walked upstairs to Cyrus room and Jonah sat on the bed while Cyrus sat on a black chair.

“So are you good,” Cyrus said.

“Andi and I broke up,” Jonah said.

“Wow, why,” Cyrus said.

“She said we didn’t connect,” Jonah said.

“I’m sorry are you okay,” Cyrus said.

“I don’t know,” Jonah said as he started crying tears and covered his eyes up. Before Jonah could look up Cyrus had his arm around Jonah comforting him

“Don’t worry maybe you and Andi weren't meant to be?” Cyrus said.

“I just don’t know what to do,” Jonah said.

“Maybe the one you're looking for is closer than you think,” Cyrus said

“ What do you mean,” Jonah said.

“This person liked your way before you and Andi started dating and still has feelings for you,” Cyrus said.

“You know what Cyrus you're right,” Jonah said as he got up.

“Great,” Cyrus said.

“I’ll talk to you later and thank for being here,” Jonah said

“Don’t worry Dr. Goodman will always be open?” Cyrus said

Both of the boys did a handshake and hugged before Jonah left and Cyrus was left with butterflies in his stomach.

After a sleepless night, Cyrus walked to school with Buffy and Andi and had their small talk.

When they entered, the first thing Cyrus saw was Jonah and Amber face on in the hallways.

“Wow, that was, ” Andi said.

All Cyrus could do was run the other way towards the gym.

“Cyrus wait,” Buffy said.

“What’s wrong with him,” Andi said.

“He forgot his lucky coin at home” Buffy lied before she chased after Cyrus.

Andi looked back at Jonah and Amber and then t what just happened and everything connected.

Buffy saw Cyrus wiping his eyes and sat with him.

“Are you okay,” Buffy said.

“No, I lied when I said it wasn’t painful seeing Andi with Jonah it hurts everytime I see Jonah with someone else,” Cyrus said.

“Cyrus, it’s ok,” Buffy said.

“Do you think I’ll ever find somebody?” Cyrus said.

“Cyrus, you are the nicest, most thoughtful, and the greatest guy I know, trust me, you’ll find someone,” Buffy said,

“Thanks, Buff,” Cyrus said.

"And you need to work on your pep talking skills," Buffy said as she held her hand out to help Cyrus up

"Let's get back to school," Cyrus said.

"You good," Buffy said.

"I'm fine," Cyrus said.
