"Well Miss. Gesang?"
I was blank. What?
"Uh uhmm ummm can you uh repeat the- the question?" I questioned, rubbing my neck nervously. Something I did when I was well, nervous.
"I asked if you could handle the event management with President Yuna but clearly you are unstable at the moment" she snarled and I frowned at her. What's up with this woman?
"I am sorry Madam. It won't happen again" I replied, sitting up straight and giving her my best smile.
"Make sure it doesn't" she said sternly and I nodded my head.
"Yes madam. I would be able to handle the event management with President Yuna" I replied and she gave me a curt nod. Mood swings much? After a little briefing about where, what and when the event will be, she dismissed us. I stood up and smiled at Ace, who stood beside me.
"Thanks for making me late." I sassed and he laughed, his eyes squinting and his teeth flashing like bright lights.
"You are welcome, my lady." he winked, before looking over my shoulder and then taking his hand from mine.
"I will see you around Indah." he said before patting my hair and walking away. I stared at his retreating back. How can someone be so handsome?
"Ohoo. Ace!" I turned to see the monkeys I call my best mates grinning at me.
"No." I said and they smirked even wider. I shook my head and repeated the statement. They still did not wipe that stupid grin off their faces.
"Let's go." I whined but they stood there smirking at me. I knew they won't budge until I tell them everything but lets face it, it's not going to happen.
"Fine, I will tell you all-" before I could finish, my phone vibrated.
I fished it out of my pocket and checked the message. It was from the Dojo. The Dojo is the place where I go for my Taekwondo classes. The girls don't do it with me, unfortunately because they are into other things and they find this very violent. How Taekwondo is violent, I do not know. One of the people from university who does this, unfortunately, is Kirun Arthit, the human I despise with passion.
"Practice changed from 3pm to 1pm, be there."
I sighed and checked my watch. I have half an hour to get there. But why would they change the practice times? Why?!I turned to the girls and smiled.
"Guys, I have Taekwondo classes. Sorry. I will see you all later and explain later too." with a wave, I sprinted out towards the door. The large gym doors were luckily open and as I pushed past a mass of students, apologizing, I realized I did not have my practice bag with me. Groaning, I made a run to my dorm before picking up the duffle bag that I usually packed each morning to avoid time clashing, and then made a run towards my car.
My car was a Chevrolet Corvette C6 that was matte black in color. I got in and almost rushed to my Dojo to avoid getting scolded by the sensei. He can be very brutal at times.
By the time I reached, it was almost 12:53pm. I sighed in relief as I walked to the changing room. The changing rooms were past a hall, the girls on the right while the left for boys.
