Ace talked to me. Ace talked to me. ACE TALKED TO ME?!
"Ace talked to you?!"
I turned to face my best friends, wide eyed.
"I said that out loud?"
"Yes. So he did?" Questioned Daw and I smiled brightly.
"Yesssss"
"Details please"
I set up on my bed, sitting cross-legged.
"Okay so I was in the library, reading books when he came. And....." I explained.
They leaned in towards me.
"And?" Whispered Asteria.
"And he asked if I was free tomorrow"
Silence.
"AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!" That was Kanak.
We stared at her.
"What? You like him, don't you? This would be a date!!!"
"Yeah, a date I'm not going to" I said dejectedly.
"But why?" Asked Asteria.
I looked at them. Ayaka looked unamused, Daw was curious while Asteria and Kanak looked excited.
"When he asked if I was free today, Kirun said no-"
"Wait wait- hold up" said Asteria and I looked at her.
"What was Kirun doing with you two?" Asked Kanak and I raised an eyebrow.
"When is he not with her?" Remarked Ayaka and I turned to her.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
Ayala smiled slightly and leaned into the wall by the bed.
"These past few days, you two have been inseparable" she said and I shrugged.
"Because he's my servant for now" I replied and she nodded smiling slightly.
"I am betting you a trip to Singapore, that he likes you"
I stared at her before I began laughing. The girls joined me as well.
"Why'd you say so?" Asked Daw, sobering up.
"Why not?" Questioned Ayaka. This is what's not so refreshing about my Japanese Bred bestie, she likes speaking in less words. You understand her, all good. You don't, that's your problem.
"Ayaka, do enlighten us with your theory" said Kanak and Ayaka chuckled. What was with this girl and her weird quirks?
"Figure it out" with that she went back to reading.
The rest of us exchanged glances and shrugged.
"Anyway, so why exactly can you not go?" questioned Kanak eyeing me with curiosity.
"Because I have a full day tomorrow with- wait a second-" I looked over to where Daw was seated. "-Daw, pass me my planner please"
She passed me the peach planner and I opened it to today's bookmark. And when I did, a growl left my lips.
