Bughead story ~ roommates

Chapter 10

The boys were watching a movie when their was frantic knocking at the door, they all shared quizzical glances as it was only 10pm and they didn't expect Betty back so soon so they wandered who it could be. Archie stood up to open the door when Kevin rushed in holding a very limp Betty in his hands, she was trying to stand up but couldn't quite manage it. Jug and Reggie ran to the door when they saw them come in. "What happened?!" Jug yelled when Kevin handed over Betty to him and Reggie. "Veronica" Kevin said and filled them in on what happened. "what a bitch" Reggie huffed, still trying to hold Betty up. "How could she do that ?!" Archie questioned, the four boys just stood staring at Betty and wandered how she'll react to what Veronica did. "What's the stain on her dress" Jug asked pointing to it. "Her vomit" Kevin stated. They very carefully carried her into the bathroom and Archie, Reggie and Kevin waited outside while Jug undressed his girlfriend and put on some pyjamas and gently washed her makeup off. They put her too bed shortly afterwards. The others stayed awake a while longer before also heading to bed and Kevin crashed on the couch in a pair of Archie's pyjamas. The next morning they were all awoken by the sound of the shower. When they went into the living room Betty was coming out of the bathroom drying her hair and she was in a pair of sweats. "Why do I feel like crap" she asked the 4 boys standing in front of her. Kevin filled her in on what happened the night before and they all watched as Betty's face became filled with hurt. "Oh" she whispered, before turning to the kitchen to get a glass of water. The boys didn't know what to say as they knew she was upset so decided not to push on the matter until betty wanted to. "Can you please pass me my pill bottle" she asked Jug who was standing nearest to it while the others were cooking pancakes for breakfast, Betty's favourite. "Of course here you go princess" Jug said while handing it to her and placing a kiss to her forehead as he went past. Kevin handed her another glass of water while she took her medication and they continued to make breakfast. Once it was cooked they put it all on the table as they were all about to sit down there was a knock on the door.
