I fluttered my eyes open slightly and let out a silent groan. I tried to lift my head up and wince slightly at the slight pain. A small light bulb was hanging at the end of the room, moving side to side slightly. I squint my eyes and look around to find an empty space with a pile of junk at one of the corner

The door creaked open and i look up towards the door. Two person made their way towards me. One of them bend down towards my face and a smile went up to his face

"Nayeon-ah, it's been a long time"

I look at him blankly, not answering him. He stand up straight again and let out a long sigh before turning his head towards his mother

"Is she always this rude?"He asked, making her let out a scoff. She lift her hand up and slap it across my face, sending my face towards the side slightly. "Don't make me force you to greet him properly"She spat, making me let out a chuckle. I tilt my head back and look at the two person infront of me

"Yes it has, Kim Taehyung"I said. I stare at the woman infront of me before saying, "I thought you were a nice woman, Jiyeon-sshi"

She smiled before looking at me. "Your dad thought so too, Nayeon-ah"She said making me look up towards her. "My dad?"I asked and she chuckled before saying, "The look of betrayal in his eyes are still vivid in my mind"

I clenched my fist behind me and looked at her. "I have everything now. All i need is to get the last trash out of the picture"She said pushing Taehyung infront of me. "I'm pretty sure you're used to being beaten up by now, hm?"She said. I look at her wide eyed and Taehyung raise his fist up in the air

"Don't pass out too early"

"Finish your given task and proceed to find Seo Nayeon"The chief said from his seat and i snapped my head up towards him. "But chief!"I said and he heaved out a sigh

"We can report her to the police. It hasn't even been a day since she was kidnapped"He said. "I know it hasn't been a day but she might be dead by now, Chief"I said making him place one of his hand on his forehead, heaving out a deep sigh

"Continue the task, Minseok-sshi"

I stand on my ground before bowing down infront of him respectfully. "Forgive me chief, but i will proceed with the task once i found Seo Nayeon"I said before leaving the room. I close the door behind me and let out a scoff, before walking towards the elevator

"What did the chief said?"Jongin asked, standing up from his seat once i walked inside. I sit down on my usual seat before letting out a sigh. "We're finding her. Any clues on where she might be?"I asked and everyone stayed silent while looking at each other

I took a deep breath before closing my eyes tightly. "We just got her back after a month,"Irene muttered and i glance at her slightly. The room went silent and a few minutes later, Junmyeon spoke up

"Should we tell her grandparents?"
