Leo blushes while waiting for Charlie to text back. Just then his mom walks into his room. Leo almost throws his phone as he rushes to press the power off button.

"Ever heard of knocking?" Leo asks, annoyed and still blushing.

"Are you texting Brooke?" His mom asks, smiling.

"Uhhh, yep, I'm texting Brooke. Yeah..." Leo says nervously.

"Ok. When you're done, come down to eat and tell me and your dad about your first day at school." She says, turning out of his room.

"Dad's home? Already?" He asks. His father always work early in the morning to late at night. It was weird for him to be home this early.

"Of course he is. He couldn't miss his boy's first day of school." She says, leaving his room.

"I'm not his boy. I have a sister. He should care more about her." Leo murmurs under his breath as she leaves.

One week later...

Hi -Leondre

We need to talk. Call me -Leondre

He waits for Maya to call. After about five minutes, she finally calls.

"Hey, Maya."

"Hey, what's up?"

"You know what, I'm just gonna tell it to you straight. I'm..."

Leo hears er start to cry over the phone, interrupting him.

"You're breaking up with me, aren't you?" She asks.

" Kinda..." Leo says, feeling sorry for her.

"Well, fuck, you. I am cheating on you anyways!" Leo's mind is blown. He reacts without thinking.

"I am, too!" He says.

"Oh, really, with who?!" She yells back at him.

"With Charlie!" He says, immediately regretting it.

"I knew you were gay. Stop texting me. I'm blocking you, you... You faggot!" She yells and hangs up.

Leondre has many different emotion at this point. He's happy that he broke up with Maya, but he's sad because she was cheating on him. He was also scared. What if his mom had heard him? He felt screwed.

Damnit! He thinks.

He wait as a few minutes before coming downstairs.

"Hey, Leo! How's my boy?" His dad asks, holding his arms open for a hug. Leo pushes him aside.

"I'm fine." He says sternly.

"Sweetie, are you okay?" His mom asks looking worried.

"Yeah, just dealing with a really bitchy moment right now." He says, forgetting he's not aloud to cuss.

"What did you just say!?" Both of his a parents ask in a mad tone.

"Sorry. I'm just really stressed right now. Maya and I just broke up and..."

"Oh, thank god! I mean, ummm..." His mom clears her throat.

"I'm sorry, sweetie." She says. Leo says that its fine and he's not hungry. He heads up to his room and grabs his phone.

I'm tired of lying. Your hot. -Leondre

Charlie texts Leo back after ten minute of his message being on read.

Thank god u said it first. I have been wanting to say that too.

Leo is full of excitement, but that soon turns to fear. His parents hated the thought of gays...
