When Leo and Charlie got to school it was 7:50.

"Well, we walked pretty fast..." Leo says to Charlie, laughing.

"Walked?! We raced all the way here!" Charlie says while panting like a dog.

"Hey! Charlie, you left before I woke up!" Brooke says smiling. Charlie turns around to face his sister. She sees Leo behind Charlie.

"Oh! Hi Leo. Wait..." Brooke says. She looks at the two boys back and forth. They stay like that for a few seconds, before Brooke finally says something.

"Hmmmm. Ok, bye lovebirds!" She says.

"We're not 'lovebirds'!" They say back.

"Whatever. I have to go to class." She waves at them and then heads off. Charlie and Leo stood there in silence until Leo broke it.

"I should probably get my new schedule. Can you come with me so you can show me all of my classes?" Leo asks Charlie.

"Sure." Charlie says and they start walking to the office. Leo walks in and asks the secretary for his new schedule. She doesn't talk and just hands it to him. Both boys read it.

"No way..." Charlie says.

"What?" Leo asks, feeling nervous.

"You have the same schedule as me, except for 4th hour. I have Sophomore advisory and you have Freshman advisory." Charlie says. Leo forgot that Charlie was only a Sophomore. He was actually only 1 year and 7 months older.

Their school had a weird system. They didn't care about what grade you were in. If you had the same learning level as some other kids, you would be put in those kids' class. Leo was full of excitement. What if he and charlie sat at the same 2 person table?

"Chances are, you're stuck next to me, Leo. I don't usually sit with anyone else." Charlie says with a grin. Their school also had a system that girls can't sit with guys, so Leo would probably get put next to Charlie.

When the boys walked into class, the teacher wanted to meet Leo.

"Hi! You must be Leondre! I'm Ms. Townley! You are here because you have a Sophomore learning level! I'm so happy that I'm your teacher!" She says while shaking Leo's hand. He pulls his hand away.

"You can call me Leo. Where will I be sitting?" He asks Ms. Townley. She looks around thew classroom a little and then points to a seat.

"You will be sitting by Charlie Lenehan. I hope that's okay with you." She says.

"No, its great." Leo says, walking towards Charlie.

"I'm guessing she told you to sit with me?" Charlie says with a sly smile.

"Gosh, you're gonna make me blush. Stop looking at me like that." Leo says blushing. He sits down and class starts.

~~~~~~~~
The same thing happened in all of the other classes Leo had with Charlie. The teachers were happy to meet him and he got to sit with Charlie. They were both happy the whole day. The final bell rang and the boys got to leave school.
"Wanna go to the park again? We don't have any homework." Leo says.
"Sure, but we will have to be more careful. If Brooke or anyone else we know sees us... Cuddling?... We would be teased, like, a lot." Charlie says. Brooke came over and told Charlie she was going to the park with some friends. She would be home around 6.
"I guess we can go to my house..." Charlie says.
"Sure. I've never been there before, it would be cool." Leo says. They start walking toward Charlie's house.
"Are your mom or dad gonna be there?" Leo asks. He wanted to meet Charlie's parents for a while.
"No, they work late tonight. What time would you have to go home?" Charlie asks, turning into his yard. Leo follows him.
"I told my mom I would be at a friends house doing homework, so it doesn't matter." Leo says.
Charlie takes his house key out of his phone case and unlocks the door.
"Age before beauty..." He says, holding the door open for Leo to go first. Leo grabs Charlie and runs into the house.
"We tied, now what are you gonna say?" Leo says, smirking at Charlie.
"So that's how you wanna play." Charlie says. They start wrestling with each other. Charlie wins because of his height, and then goes into the kitchen.
"Do you want anything, Leo?" He asks.
"No, I'm good." Leo says. Charlie came into the living room with a bag of marshmallows.
"To bad, I got us marshmallows." He says, throwing the bag at Leo. Leo catches it and waits for Charlie to sit down.
Charlie sits really close to Leo and then grabs the bag. Leo hesitates, but seeing how relaxed Charlie was so close to him, Leo puts his head on his shoulder, blushing. Charlie starts blushing too. He puts his chin on the back of Leo's head.
"What do you wanna watch?" Charlie asks, flickering through channels.
"I don't care." Leo says, shifting himself to get more comfortable. Both of them started to get tired, and soon fell asleep, still cuddling.
They were still asleep when Charlie's parents came home early. His parents weren't homophobic, so they just left the boys alone.
"This is literally the cutest thing I have ever seen." Charlie's mom whispers to his dad. She takes out her phone and takes a picture.
"That's good lighting." Charlie's dad whispers, looking over his wife's shoulder. Charlie starts to wake up. His eyes were still closed, but he smiled. He didn't want to wake up Leo, who was still on his shoulder.
He opens his eyes, staring right at his parents. He jumped and accidentally wakes up Leo.
"Are you ok, Charlie?" Leo asks with his eyes closed. He sits up and opens his eyes.
"Uhhh... H- Hi. I- I'm Leo..." He stutters to Charlie's parents. He was scared half to death.
"Nice to meet you, Leo. I'm Charlie's mom, Sheryl, and this is his dad, Rick." She says, smiling. Charlie was blushing, a lot.
"How come we never met your boyfriend, Charlie?" His parents asks, turning toward their son. He looks at Leo and then back at his parents.
"Ummmm..." Charlie is beyond scared.
"I should get going..." Leo says, standing up.
"No, you can stay. Just tell your mom." Sheryl says to Leo, glancing at his phone.
"O-okay..." He stutters, picking up his phone.
"H-hi, mom..."
