"Are the noodles properly cooked?"
Joy curiously asked the tall, handsome, brown eyed man in front of her who was busy slurping the noodles she cooked.
"Eoh! Neomu masisseo!" Sungjae exclaimed, his eyes almost disappearing because of smiling too much.
A laugh escaped her as she rolled her eyes. "Oppa, that's just ramyeon. It's almost impossible for that to not be delicious."
"Because you cooked it, it's more delicious." He winked and went back to filling his stomach.
"Geojitmal." She giggled before taking a bite of the noodles.
They've finished eating and Sungjae volunteered to do the dishes. He was already standing near the sink and started working when he felt her staring at him. He would've gazed back if not for the dishes asking for attention, so instead, he teased her.
"I'm melting, Sooyoung-ah.."
"Wh..what are you talking about oppa?"
She immediately looked away, pretending to laugh to hide her blush painted cheeks as she slowly fiddled on her phone.
If she was the 20 year-old Joy, she would've confidently confessed her crime. But she's getting a lot more shy, now that he's becoming braver in showing his feelings.
He was a whole new person to her, familiar yet new. She was like Alice in Wonderland, constantly amazed by the things she's seeing and feeling.
"You still deny things, even when you're aware that I know you so well." He said, glancing at her with a smile and she thanked the chair for being there or she would've slumped on the floor.
"Still no idea what you're talking about." She saw him roll his eyes before turning towards her direction.
"Do you want me to tell you, what you..were thinking while staring at me?" A smirk was plastered on his face.
"I..did not..stare. But, I do want to know what your confident self thought of when I was supposedly staring at you." She hoped her nervous voice didn't seem so obvious.
"Tch! So you'll never admit it huh."
"Yup. Innocent until proven guilty." She beamed upon seeing him softly glare at her.
"Fine, you were thinking.."
He started, leaning his hand on the sink while pointing at her. "..wow, how can my husband be possibly that handsome even when he's just simply washing the dishes."
He burst out laughing as she was left with her mouth open. It took her a good few seconds to recover from his unbelievable antics and her high pitched laugh echoed throughout their house.
"See? I'm right. We pretty much think alike." He mumbled and then continued washing the remaining dishes.
"Ah jinjja! Arasso oppa. You're right." She chortled while standing up, agreeing that they can basically read each other really well now. She didn't know what came to her mind that she suddenly took a picture of him.
"Yah! You should've told me so I can give you a heart fluttering pose." He argued, pouting his lips as her eyes unknowingly followed.
"Well, you didn't warn me earlier either, so this is payback."
"Fine. I'll look good anyways." He stated, and she can only laugh. Well, it's not like she can argue though, since anyone can see that it's obviously true. He's one utterly confident man, another thing that never changed.

They were standing side by side in their bathroom, brushing their teeth since they decided to wash up at the same time. Thankfully, it was a lot bigger than their old one.
