Mentions of Lucius hitting Draco, kind of like in that earlier chapter with the flashback. Not super descriptive, just descriptions of the scars and pain and stuff. It's not too bad, just thought I'd give a warning.

Harry's POV
The halls were crowded with people returning to their common rooms after lunch and I pushed through them quickly, desperate to get to Draco. I doubted it was anything super serious that Draco needed to tell me, but I had noticed that he had been holding things from me. I could see that it hurt him to do so, and that's why I didn't press him for information, but if he was ready to talk to me about it, I wanted to get there as soon as I could. In my panic, I shoved someone a little too hard, and they fell.
"Bloody hell, Harry!" the voice shouted, and I stopped to look back, seeing Ron staring at me with a strange expression.
"Oh Merlin, Ron, I'm sorry, I didn't see you!" I rushed back to him and offered my hand to pull him up.
"I can tell," he muttered as he brushed some dirt off of his pants. "You seem to be in a hurry. Is everything ok?"
I nodded and gestured for him to walk with me. "Yeah, at least, I think so. Draco wants to talk to me apparently, and I didn't want to keep him waiting if I can avoid it. I didn't mean to push you, I'm sorry about that. Are you alright?"
He nodded. "Other than not seeing either of my friends in weeks because their both in a relationship, I'm fine."
My heart sunk. "Oh, Ron, I'm sorry. I just promised myself that I was going to go find you, and then Pansy said something about Draco and I just got distracted and..." I stopped. "Those are just excuses. I'm truly sorry, Ron. I don't mean to make you feel lonely. What can we do to make that feeling better? Both me and Hermione."
He thought for a moment, then smiled. "Maybe we could go visit Hagrid together? Like old times. And a Hogsmeade visit. And just... do things like we used to? I know you and Hermione were looking into the Room of Requirement, I'd like to help. As long as it isn't during meals. I need my food."
I smiled and nodded. "I think we can do that, Ron. Can we talk later? We're at the dungeons and I just... if it's serious, I don't want to keep him waiting. I'm not sure based on the way that Pansy said it. I'll see you in the dorm tonight."
Ron nodded and walked away, leaving me to go into the Slytherin common rooms. Thankfully, not a lot of people were in there, and those who were didn't blink twice at me as I crossed the room and went to Draco's door. I knocked once before it opened and I was pulled in by Draco's pale hand. The door slammed behind me and Draco immediatly started talking.
"Harry? What are you doing here? What's wrong?"
"What? Pansy told me you needed to talk to me about something. She made it sound serious so I hurried over. Is everything ok?" He sighed lightly, and I touched his hand. "If there's something you need to say, Draco, tell me. I want to know. I'm here to help."
He was silent for a while as I looked at him and rubbed a circle into his hand, then turned away and sat on his bed. "Promise me you won't change your mind about me because of what I'm about to say?"
I nodded reassuringly and sat next to him. "Never."
He took a breath and closed his eyes. "My father... my father has very traditional views about the world. I mean, education and people and art and dialect and just... everything. And it's not a bad thing, you know, magic and potions come a lot easier to me because I know Latin and French and things about herbs and things that relate very closely. So there are some things about that traditional lifestyle that are good. But other things... He expects obedience and perfection in everything. If I don't speak to someone the proper way, or if I stutter or do something wrong, he... He hits me. Never a lot, never very bad, but he uses his wand to do it, so they slice deep and since they're magical wounds, they're even more painful. I wake up with nightmares from some of them with my scars burning me.That's... that's why it's so hard for me to go back to that place. It... It scares me. A lot. I don't..." he stopped, tears leaking out of eyes quickly. "I don't like being there. Home is supposed to be somewhere I feel safe and I don't there." He stopped sniffing for a moment to look at me, and I gave his a sad smile.
