Humility

Often staying quiet, I'm nothing close to a legend,

Not even an extrovert, I'm sticking to my brethren,

Humility is key and so I never act important,

Prefer to stay alone, yeah I'm the opposite of Mormon,

I don't have a few spouses,

Don't have a few houses,

I try to keep it low, ego?

Never pounces,

Richer folks treat their women nice by giving 'em bling,

But me? I'll treat 'em nice /before/ I give them a ring,

I don't brag about my feats, rarely talk about my rhymes,

I'm writing songs, making beats, but don't compete with the times,

Rap game is whack right now, it's all mumble,

Others always talking, but I try to stay humble,

Try to play it cool, rhyme schemes never crumble,

Other rappers basic, because B's only bumble,

I'm only kidding, truth is I'm just really afraid,

I can't invest in all this shit, I don't have it made,

I feel like writing just to fail is actually my destiny,

But on the other hand, writing lines is bringing out the best in me,

Truthfully, I'm humble because I can't stand my writing,

Inspiration's dying,

Can't stop the crying,

They say to love, but they don't know how hard I'm trying.
