Yan Da bit her lip as pain racked her body.

"Ah! Don't get up yet!" A familiar voice said. When she opened her eyes she was met by Huang Tuo's worried gaze. Xing Gui was also on the side holding her hand.

"What happened?"

Huang Tuo frowned. "That's what we want to ask. Xing Gui and I found you guys near the first barrier."

Yan Da frowned. She groaned in pain as she tried to remember anything.

"Ah! Princess Yan Da. Don't force it." Huang Tuo said again. She sighed.

"How are they?" She then asked, looking at the three envoys near her.

"They're fine. However, it'll take time before they wake up..."

"What is it?" Yan Da prodded when he heard the hesitation in his voice.

"It's Li Luo..."

Yan Da then got up at that. "What's wrong with her?"

"It's not really wrong...Aish. Come." Huang Tuo said, directing her towards the envoy. "Feel her."

Yan Da did. Her eyes widened when she felt it. Another life. She's pregnant.

Ka Suo felt his heart dropped into the ground at the discovery. She was pregnant. And plants were feeding off of her. He gritted his teeth in anger.

"How's the child?" Yan Da sat down beside the envoy, letting her energy flow. Huang Tuo looked at the ground sadly.

"I ... it's barely surviving. Li Luo's body is too weak to carry on. The child is also half immortal. Her energy isn't enough. Sooner or later, it would die."

Li Luo covered her mouth to stifle a sob. Though, it's not really her that's in there. It's still her child. A half immortal. That means it's Ka Suo's. Feeling her pain, Ka Suo let go of her hand and hugged her instead. Screw modesty. She needed comfort.

Yan Da growled. "No." Enough. She already seen too much death.

Huang Tuo frowned. "Do you have a plan?"

She nodded. She then put her hands on top of Li Luo's belly. Huang Tuo's eyes widened in realization. "But Your Highness..."

"I've seen too much death, Huang Tuo. Besides this life is innocent. Would you really let it go?"

The healer sighed in understanding. "I'll assist you."

Yan Da smiled. The two then got ready. Seconds later and the cave was filled with two strong magical powers. Minutes later and Yan Da came out of the cave, vomiting.

Huang Tuo and Xing Gui followed her outside.

"Yan Da, are you alright?" the dream princess asked, gently stroking the other's back.

"I-I'm going to be fine." Yan Da replied before vomiting again. She grimaced. It was sour. Those two would pay for this. She thought. When she was done Xing Gui helped her up and they all went back inside.

"Huang Tuo, what did they do exactly?" Flame asked, frowning. Her daughter was acting as if she was pregnant.

All eyes were focused on Huang Tuo. He sighed, meeting the fire king's eyes. "Princess Yan Da and my other self transferred the child in her." He said simply.

"Are you saying that instead of Li Luo it's Yan Da that's pregnant now!?" Shuo Gang asked.

Huang Tio nodded. "Li Luo's body couldn't handle it so she took it herself. Princess Yan Da is now the one bearing child."

"How's the child?"

Huang Tuo smiled. The child's aura was stronger now. It would survive. "Good. However, you need to watch yourself. Your connection is still new after all."

She nodded, caressing her belly. She always thought about having one herself but...

Forget it. It's unlikely to happen.

"You two should rest." She then said afterwards. "I'll just go out for a while."

Huang Tuo just nodded. Same with Xing Gui. They knew that she needed to be alone.

Outside...

Yan Da sat down on the rock beside the cliff, letting out a deep sigh. Too many things happened that her head was hurting. Moving, she stopped when she felt something fell from her robe.

She gasped. Quickly picking up the flute. Memories then started pouring in her mind. The man with the mask. The gentle warmth. The voice...

She chuckled. "Ying Kong Shi..."

So, he's in here. Alive. She let out a breath of relief. Looking at the instrument once more, she put it on her lips. Playing a song.

As the sweet melody filled the air, Flame's mind went to the Prince who was only a few feet away from him. It seems like he has a relationship with her daughter that he didn't know.

Though, it's the other him. It takes a lot of trust for him to give the flute to Yan Da. If what he heard was right, it was a token from his brother. Something that's not easily given to other people.

Shi was on the top of the cliff when he heard it. He smiled. It's been a long time since he heard a tune.

"Your Highness." A voice then said from above him. "Your father is calling you."

"Tell him that I'll be there." He stated coldly, putting on his mask once more.

The throne room was filled with confusion. Shi especially. His father? Isn't that the ice king? However, the scene said another.

Meanwhile, Lotus could feel the cold sweat that covered her body.
