I awoke in the morning already having a formulated plan in my head. I had just sat up when the tower door came busting open, moments after Jonathan then came raging in with a slight tug on the jade necklace I charged. Jumping onto to his back I wrapped my legs tight around his stomach as to not fall off. We struggled to get the upper hand on each other as he crashed around the room flailing his arms trying to get me off. Multiple times he slammed his back against a wall in order to crush my small body, finally, I managed to get the upper hand. Snapping his green bumpy neck in one quick motion so quick the poor man didn't even see it coming, quickly jumping off his back he fell to the floor. I then reached down to his belt and retrieved the knife that he apparently forgot about and stabbed him in the chest just to be sure he was truly dead.
Now the only thing to do is find the king and end his life in order to save the people.
As I snuck down the stairs and through the golden green halls the smell of pickles became overwhelming making me crave one so much more for when this ordeal started I never got to eat a pickle from the jar. Finally, I found him lounging leisurely on his throne.
"Where's Jonathan, he was supposed to fetch you for me?" questioned the king.
"Oh, dear Jonathan will be here shortly," I slathered the act on thick, "I have come to terms with our engagement and can't wait to become the wife of someone so noble and handsome as yourself," I said gagging on the inside from the exertion it took to say that. A cocky smile replaced the once worried look on the King's face letting me know he bought the act. With this victory the king unknowingly handed to me, I made my way to the throne.
As I walked he continued to ramble on about the wedding that we were never going to have. He also told me about how much he loved and cared for his people when if you looked even the tiniest bit at him speak you could tell he was lying about this particular statement.
"Lies, I know you enjoy hurting people," I finally said menacingly, "you enjoy letting your
people suffer."
That definitely wiped the smug smile from his face and he now looked afraid, "What are you talking about dear?" he questioned.
"You know exactly what I'm talking about." I had, had enough of all the chit-chat and had finally made my way right next to the King himself. Launching myself at him I tore into his pickle flesh while listening to him scream, an hour I listened to his scream until finally, he succumbed to the same fate as Jonathan. After I finished devouring his whole body, definitely satisfying my pickle craving I made my way out of the castle.
