What On Earth?

I stared at the marshy green lands with the beautiful trees and wildflowers growing over the
hill to the right then to left I looked at the busy city life where people roamed about minding their own business. When I looked to the sky though something was wrong, instead of being a light blue in color it was green somewhat similar to the shade that appeared sneakily on Jonathan's skin. The same green that seemed to show on all the pale people that I had observed hustling about when I looked toward the city."What is this place, there is no way on Earth that a green sky could occur," I said speaking my
thoughts out loud.
"Your right," came Jonathan's calm voice," there is no way something like this could happen on Earth because it only happens here in Dillopickle, a place that is a completely different from
Earth."
"How can this be, I'm so confused."
"It will all make sense in time, for now, we must go, the great King of Dillopickle has been waiting for you to wake up for a while now and I wouldn't want to keep him waiting," explained Jonathan, only leaving me more confused. How long had I been asleep? I then decided to voice
my thoughts.
"You've been here for about three weeks, for which you have been unresponsive during most
of the time," Jonathan answered. Three weeks! I've been unconscious for three weeks, how is that possible? Then Jonathan added, "It seemed as though your body put itself into a temporary coma from the shock of traveling from one world to another."
"Wow," was the only response I could muster.
We continued out the door and down the hallway, that led from my room. As we exited the house I had been residing in for three weeks without knowing I got a better feel for the green hue that the sky cast down onto Dillopickle, yet another thing was odd though, the air held the distinct smell of pickles. The farther we walked the more I was able to observe, like how the people here definitely live lavish lifestyles in the city. They all seemed so prim and proper.
Finally, we were at the edge of town and we came to a halt, I looked up and I saw a green stone
castle.
