After work Cam went straight home to the same apartment she's been living in since she first moved here.

"You invited him over?" Taylor asked tying her hair up.

"Well he has to be here for a reason."

"I just wish you asked before making plans. The company is hosting a party and I don't have my sidekick," she said sitting on the bed.

"I'm sorry. I'll make it up in any way," Cam said leaning in.

"Any way?" Taylor smirked. "I can name a few right now," she said kissing her. Then at exactly 8 Dick knocked on the door. Cam groaned while getting off of Taylor. She opened it and saw him smiling while holding up Panda Express.

"I come bearing gifts," he said holding up the bag. She smiled and opened the door wider to let him in. He looked and saw how small it was.

"It's probably not what you're used to since daddy pays the bills." Dick rolled his eyes. He saw Taylor came out of their bedroom with a nice dress on and her heels in one hand.

"You got Panda? Your the best, Dick. Babe, can you put mine in the fridge?" Taylor asked while sitting on a stool to put her shoes on. She happily obliged. "I'm going and I'll be home around 10. Don't wait up," Taylor said grabbing her keys and walking out. Cam grabbed two forks. She sat down and stared at Dick who was still standing and looking around.

"What the hell are you doing?" she asked shoving some rice in her mouth.

"Oh, we're eating," he said sitting down in the chair in front of her. About halfway through the meal Cam finally stops eating and says,

"Why are you here?" Dick abruptly stops eating and finishes chewing. Always a gentlemen.

"We need you."

"Who's we?"

"Who do you think? The family. No one is speaking to each other, Bruce rarely comes out which means the other heroes have to pull through. The whole family fell apart when you left. No one is on speaking terms."

"That's not my problem," she said closing the container and getting up.

"But, you see," he said turning to face her, "it kind of is." She puts the food in the fridge and turned to Dick.

"How?" Dick grabbed his food and walked over to throw it away.

"You never told us when you were going to leave so we thought you were just thinking it out in your room but then we all woke up that morning to you moving boxes into a moving van. Were you going to leave without saying goodbye?"

"I would have if Damian didn't get up early, for once," she said looking down.

"Why did you leave?" Cam looked down and could feel the tears.

"I could feel how Bruce didn't want me anymore. I became more reckless and he became more disappointed. After the whole Joker situation it just wasn't right anymore. I kept thinking I could get better if I just focused. But I never did. Then I felt myself letting go a little bit everyday. I looked at the family one night and thought how they didn't need me. You all were just talking and smiling. I knew that if I walked in that would be gone in seconds because Bruce would talk about something I did wrong."

"Cam-,"

"Don't Cam me," she spat at him. She turned around and grabbed the bottle of whiskey and took a swig. "Look I'm sorry. I just can't go back. I have shit to do. I have a family here."

"Like what? Work? Taylor?"

"It's not just that."

"Than what is it?!" Cam took a moment. She pushed past Dick and opened a door. It had been soundproofed. Dick followed and looked inside and saw a baby in a crib.

"When the hell were you going to tell us?" Dick said raising his voice.

"Shh," Cam said while closing the door.

"I'm sorry my sister has a child and didn't tell anyone about it. Seriously, Cam?"

"I thought about sending a card but went against the idea."

"Why don't you and Taylor come with the baby so everyone can meet the angel?"

"Dick, I don't want to go back. You can't make me. Just let me live my life in peace." She went to the front door and opened it.

"Can I ask one more thing?" he said getting up.

"What?"

"Did you get our scrapbook?" She looked him dead in the eye and said,

"Yes," she says in a soft voice, hoping he won't hear. In that moment Dick saw how much she held back from contacting them. He saw she wanted nothing to do with them. That she didn't consider herself apart of the Wayne family. She was someone different.

"Cam-," he said about to fight but she wasn't going to listen.

"Goodbye, Grayson," she said closing the door.

Grayson flew out that night and Cam cried in her bed. Taylor came in and cuddled her. She hadn't cried in awhile and it felt great.

When Grayson got home everyone was asleep. He went to Duke's room.

"Gray-," he said looking at him. He sat up and turned the lamp on. "How'd it go?"

"Horribly. She looks so different. She has tattoos everywhere. Her hair is black with a hint of dark blue. She's different. She hadn't missed us. That's for sure."

"That's not true-,"

"It is. She doesn't care about any of us. She looked happy."

"Happy how?"

"I mean like she has a family who actually loves her. Can you believe she has a baby?" Duke's eyes went wide. "Don't tell anyone," Dick added quickly. Duke nodded.

"At least we tried," he said looking down.

"I just wanted to tell you before I went to bed."

"Thanks, Dick," he said turning his lamp off. He rolled over and tried falling asleep again. Dick trudged back to his room. He entered and threw the bag down on his bed.

"How is she?" Bruce asked.

"Different."

"How?"

"Well, she has tattoos everywhere. Drinks more. Works at a tattoo shop. She's more free."

"Is she coming back?"

"Most likely...no."

"At least you tried."

"I'm going to bed, Bruce," he said in an exhausted tone, tired of the bullshit he just went through in the past 48 hours. He grabbed a tank top and sweatpants and went to the bathroom.
