"Have a good day, Claire." I picked my bag up and walked out the double doors of the school. I had asked Mr. Jennings if I could go home for I wasn't really feeling well. I think I may have caught something from one of the kids at school. I stopped off at the grocery store to get some stuff for dinner tonight. I walked over by pads and grabbed a bag. I also grabbed some medicine and ibuprofen for the terrible cramps I was having.

"Noah, do you need me to grab anything for you at the store?"

"No. I'm good. How are you feeling?"

"I'm feeling a little better but not good enough to be jumping up and down."

"Alright. Well hurry home, I'll make dinner and we can have a nice romantic dinner. I love you, Claire. Drive safely babe."

"I will. Love you too." I turned the corner and put my phone away and decided to get spaghetti.

"Claire?" I turned around and saw Louis. He had shaved but you could still see his stubble. His hair was down and he was back to wearing a beanie. His sweatpants dangled off his waist and his hoodie looked so loose on his tiny body.

"Hey. How are you?" I laughed and walked over and hugged him.

"I've been doing good. How are you?"

"Feeling a bit sick, but doing better."

"That's good. How are things with you and Noah?" He walks beside me with his grocery basket that contains small items.

"Uh, yeah. We are. What about you and Eleanor? "

"Um," Louis lips pursed together, "We broke up after everything. I just didn't feel right being with her. El is a great person but certain things just bugged me. It didn't work out between us."

"Oh. I'm sorry for asking."

"No. It's fine. Hey, do you want to come over sometime and hangout?"

"Sure, why not. Tonight Noah and I are having a night alone but what about tomorrow?" I pulled my cart up to a checkout line.

"Sure. Sounds great! I'll text you tonight?"

"Yeah. It was nice seeing you, Louis."

"You too, Claire." Louis walked off to an isle and I left that store quickly.
