The hours we spent laughing over games more than made up for the days of boredom.

But it's been three days since we played games. So far I hold the championship title for: Disney's Monopoly, Sorry, Trouble and Clue. Marie holds the title for Scrabble, Jenga and Charades. Max holds the title for Phase 10, Skip-Bo, UNO and Yahtzee.

Luke and Gabe have decided we must be cheating somehow. North and Silas are convinced that we have beginners luck and it'll run out soon enough. My favorite game was a tie. I loved the mysteriousness and strategy of Clue but I also loved Sorry. It was so much fun sending North home!!! It had to end sometime though. All good things come to an end.

Today is the day I get to leave the hospital.

Max and Marie had set us up an apartment.  It's got three rooms so that we all have a place to sleep. They haven't mentioned their other home or going back... they haven't mentioned their old lives at all.

I know they both had to have lives, friends and attachments somewhere else but I can't figure them out. Marie and AJ are a thing now. She told me late one night that she told him about the baby. He's going to be staying with us. I asked Max if he had a girlfriend or someone to get back too but he brushed me off with an off hand comment about fish in the sea.

I have no clue what fish have to do with him having a girlfriend... unless he expects them to have a pet fish?! Uh nope still haven't figured that one out.  Dr. Green came in a few hours ago and said I would be going home before noon. It's 1:59 now. If he waits any longer I'll be sneaking out on my own.

It's been really lonely this morning. Max stayed last night but he got a call at 7:28 this morning and had to go out for an emergency with one of his jobs. He said Marie would be here shortly but no one has been in to see me. A really young nurse came in at 9 and checked my vitals. She said I would be released today but then she left too.

I look up as a nurse I haven't seen walks in. She looks shocked to see me. "Uh, I'm sorry I thought this room was empty." She looks at the tablet in her hand and flicks her finger furiously across the screen. "Sang?"

"Yes. That's me." I quirk my eye brows at her. How could the hospital forget about a patient?! What kind of hospital is this?!

"It says you were discharged two hours ago. The papers went through and everything." She frowns at the tablet and looks at me like I did something wrong.

"Well... uh... no one has been in here since 9."

Grunting she puts the tablet down on the rolling table before stepping up to the bed. "Well let's get you out of here, shall we? I'm sure you are more than ready to go home." She begins to undo my IV and unhook my monitors. "I'm sorry for the mix up and the long wait."

"It's quite alright." I look at her face. She looks really kind. She looks to be in her mid thirty's, has dark brown hair and bright green eyes. "Do you think maybe...uh...well...you see I don't exactly have any way to leave."

"Oh! Sweetheart. Don't worry about a thing. Your brother listed a new address for you. In order to be released we had to make sure you had a suitable home. Your brother said that you'll be staying there for a while. I'll call a taxi for you. It's a nice place my son and his friends have apartments there too. I'll give him a call when you leave and he'll make sure you get settled in the right place."

Well that's not really what I wanted but ok. I have no way to reach either my brother or sister. Anyone really. Max never could find my phone and he hadn't gotten around to getting me another one. It also speaks volume that I have no clue what their numbers are. This is horrible could it get any worse?!?This nurse lady may have my address but that doesn't mean I have a freaking key!!! Calm down, Sang. I take several deep breaths. She said her son would help.
