Miley's POV

A hard wind blew through the air, making the cold bit my bare skin as it sends chills down my spine.

I could see the light shining behind Nick's head, I could only see his silhouette until he stepped closer and closed the door behind him.

He looked good, a little toogoodif you ask me, but it was clearly what I had expected. His bow tie hugged his collar perfectly, it made me forgot about the whole reason why I had brought him here today.

"Hi," I finally greeted.

"Hey," He replied with a smile before standing right next to me.

I took a step back away from him, which made him gave me a puzzled look. "We can't be seen together," I told him quietly.

His expression soften before he move a bit away. I caught Nick eyeing my bare cleavage, which made me shift a little uncomfortably.

I had picked the dress special for him, but it seemed a little stupid now, I keep doing things for him and he always got the wrong idea from it.

"You look beautiful," He said, standing still in his position since I told him to stay away.

I gave him a small smile as I rubbed the side of my arms in attempt to warm them, the weather hadn't been cooperating with my choice of dresses these days, both my bare back and cleavage ache along with my arms.

Nick caught my attempt and stepped closer. "You cold?" He asked as he started to peel off his tuxedo. I quickly shook my head at him "I'm alright, don't worry." I assured him.

He examined me before handing me his jacket "Take it," He said. I shook my head again "No, Nick" I warned "Someone could see,"

"Its just a jacket Miley, you're freezing." He said, almost shoving the jacket to me.

I opened my mouth to protest but Nick had the warm material of his tuxedo wrapped around my body instantly.

He adjusted it to hang on my shoulders and to cover my whole upper body. "You're so stubborn." He said before taking his position farther from me.

I cuddled into his jacket as I mumbled a thank you. I slowly lift my eyes to him and looking right into his eyes. "Nick," I started "You realize why I asked you to come here, right?"

He nodded before looking down in shame, I could see the look of guilt in his flawless face, and somehow I sensed he was going to apologize.

"Why did you do it?" I asked before he could say anything.

His eyes snapped to mine before his mouth gaped in attempt to protest. "Mile, can we not do this here?" He asked.

"I'm leaving," I said, ignoring his question.

Nick's eyes questioned me, he looked slightly confused, he didn't seem to believe me. I cleared my throat before turning to him again.

"I'm leaving for London tomorrow morning, to start my European tour." I explained "And I won't be back in a month or so,"

He sighed in disappointment, he turned to look at the night and gripped the balcony railings.

"And you need to tell me everything, right now." I continued, but he kept his gaze into the open.

I could see his breath puffing into the cold air as I waited for him patiently to answer me. I had left him the other day, and he had made me wonder why he had done what he had done the past days.
