Young at fourteen, I walked my way on the highway filled with the dust and filthy side garbages that polluted the city. Standing on a Bus stop, I hugged my books tightly which was soaked with water that came dropping from the rain.

That's right, I'm soaking in the rain wearing the same old blue raincoat that I had as an elementary kiddo. Almost all of my treasured possessions were of coming-from-the-attic-room I tell you.

I arrived in the classroom engulfing of noise and stares, exactly to the point I was late. But I couldn't care less, I had to at least help ahjumma in her fast-running eatery as much as I have no choice. Plus, my uniform is quite wet but hopefully that'll soon dry off after the day ends.

"Ms. Chang-jin, you're late." My Biology professor plainly declared, narrowing her orbs at me.

"I'm sorry ma'am, 'had to catch the bus..." I replied, awkwardness implying in my tone.

"Okay, you're excused. Next time, you know what's the consequence." She said, going back to her paused lesson.

I made my way to my seat, which is at the back, six seats away from the chalkboard. My classmates looked at me, as if I was a lonesome stranger. Ignoring them, I sat on my arm chair quietly, catching up the lesson on-going.

Lunch time came, knewing this was one of my hatest breaks probably because I had no one to eat together with.

Finished ordering my meal, I held my tray and looked around elsewhere a vacant seat.

I was about to place my tray on the vacant I found when three girls blocked my way.

"Uh-uh girl, uh-uh!" The bronze-skinned girl with black perming locks shook her head, waving her index finger of a no sign.

"Out of the way, meek!" The girl on the center with blonde hair, perfectly tied to a fishtail braid.

"Uh...Bu–" I was about to speak but my voice was low.

"Girl, this is OUR place, don't you know?" The tanned girl who seems to be a cheerleader with spuad skirts on, revealing her skinny-ass figure.

"Sheesh." I whispered to myself, not minding what they just said. I sat on the chair, beginning to tap on my chopsticks just then...

*BOOGSH*

My food smashed on the floor, the sound of my plate came crashing as the vayan scattered.

"Haven't you listened US, meek?" The blonde girl smirked.

No please, not this time. . .

At the moment, I felt shattered and broke. I didn't know how to respond and take action to defend myself.

"What are you waiting for," the tanned girl said on her pitchy-girly tone, "out, missy." She signalled, shoo-ing me with her hand as if I was a stray dog.

Some students started to circle our little commotion, whispers and gossips mainstreaming the scene.

I immediately stood up from my seat and left the place. Not even a schoolmate or two asked me what was happening with me or what really happened.
