Fight

I hate it, I hate it with a passion

I hate to call you names

I hate to see your hurtful expression when I use mean words towards you

I hate to see the proof you give me about how hurtful words can be

I hate to abuse you with a bunch of letters

I hate to throw rudeness in your face

I hate to see you suffer because of me

I hate to notice that you always try to hold back your tears even if they try to escape so hard

I hate to scream at you and see your heart break

I hate it but I do it anyway

I even hate myself for it but it’s impossible to stop

Hate, such a little word with incredible power

Just a combination of four letters

Just like love

Is it really a coincidence how much these two words have in common

Even if they are the exact opposite of each other

No, clearly not because there is something I am sure about

Something I always used to remember when I started to forget

Because Hate exist within Love not against it

Wherever hate is there is also an amount of love

Doesn’t matter how little it is as long as they are together

Sure it is a sick way of thinking but if this mind, body, words, are mine

Then let me think what I want

Let me believe in what I want

Let me act like what I want

At the end the choices are in our hands

At the end we have to make one

_______

And here is my next poem. This one was in a male POV. The last one I posted was female but you probably figured that out. Let me know what you think about this constellation of sentences I put together up there. :)
