Dr Webber stood next to a desk with his arms folded. The frown on his face betraying his bad mood.

"I don't like her Bailey," Webber said, watching Dr. O'Reilly from across the hall, "she shows up, runs away for six months and then comes back with no explanation. She's stuck up. I can feel it."

"She gave an explanation," Bailey snapped at him, "just not to you."

She placed a few files on the desk for the nurse to take and turned back to him. Shaking her head as she watched him stare at her.

"Well, I still don't like her," he complained, unfolding his arms, "she has a very Eliza Minnick thing going on. The confidence. I don't like it."

Webber shook his head as he turned away from her. Dr O'Reilly just made him feel a little uneasy, he had worked with arrogant surgeons before but her confidence seemed to come else where as well.

"You leave that girl alone," Bailey told him forcefully, she knew that he didn't know what had happened to her but she couldn't help but get a little annoyed that he had made a snap judgement about her, "she's just doin' her job."

"Who are we talking about?" Arizona asked walking up to the pair, as she rounded the corner to stand next to them, "Dr. McHot? I'm trying it out. What do you think? The McDreamy McSteamy thing was a while ago but I feel like it could make a come back."

Bailey looked condescendingly at Arizona for a moment then laughed after failing to contain it. She could admit that Hanna was attractive and the slight cocky humour didn't help but watching Arizona crush on her was quite entertaining.

"Keep it in your pants Robbins," she laughed as she walked away from the two of them.

Arizona looked slightly offended but took the comment with a shrug. With one last glance in Hanna's direction, Arizona skipped off in the direction she was originally headed.
