I tried to catch up with my boyfriend Thomas while he walked as fast as a kid ran to the candy store.

"Babe! Wait for me," I said and stumbled across my feet.

"We're already fifteen minutes late," he said stresses and grabbed my hand. "We need to go fast."

I still had a hard time trying to walk as fast as him, but my legs were little and he knew that!

"Babe please!"

Me feet began to hurt because of the high heels I bought.

He stopped and looked directly at me. He looked serious and kinda irritated.

"Why the hell are you like this right now?" I said taking one of the heels off. "I thought this was gonna be fun!"

"It is! Trust me, now come on!" He grabbed my hands once again and I barely got my heels on before he pulled me away with him.

Dear god..

Another painful moment went, and finally we arrived the cafe where his friends were supposed to be. We saw them all sitting with a long table. Geez he has many friends. A lot more than I have.

We squeezed us up to them and he hugged them all while I stood awkward and watched.

"Guys, this is my girlfriend y/n," he said proud introducing me.

I smiled awkward and shook hands with them.

"Waow Thomas, you didn't tell us she was that pretty," said a boy with black hair and a trained body.

"Shut up Dylan," he smiled.

"Well welcome y/n," said a girl who had a baby with her. "Nice to finally meet you, Thomas has told so much about you."

"Well I'm glad to be here," I said finding a chair next to Thomas.

Thomas introduced me to the others so I could their name.

"Where did you guys even found each other?" Ki Hong asked.

"Funny story," Thomas said and smiled at me, I smiled back. "Would you like to tell them that?" He asked.

"Sure," I said. "Thomas and I actually found each other the worst way possible."

They laughed a bit and smiled kindly to me.

"It was a rainy day, and I forgot an umbrella."

"Oh no.. your makeup," said the girl who's name was Kaya.

"Exactly," I laughed. "But as a true gentleman he is he actually gave me his umbrella, little did I know he had written his number down the handle."

There came 'awww' from the others while Thomas just smiled shyly.

"So yes, that's how we met," I said.

"Well that's cute," Dylan said. "So how long have you guys been a couple?"

"A few months," Thomas replied.

"You better find that wedding ring, or else I'm calling dibs!" Ki Hong said.

We all laughed for a while and then a waiter came and took our orders.

While we waited for the food I played with the little boy Kaya had bought to the cafe.

"Your son?" I asked shaking the little guys hand.

"Yes," she smiled. "His name is William."

"Beautiful name," I said.

She smiled at me and asked if I wanted to hold him.

"Sure," I said.

I held him in my arms and could feel Thomas' eyes on me. This was nice. We all just sat and chatted and had fun for a while until our food came.

We ate it all and still sat there and talked like we've known these people for a hundred of years. I felt like they became my friends too. I couldn't be happier.

After a few hours of talking and laughing at stupid jokes, it was about to to go home.

Thomas and I gave them all a hug and waved at them until we couldn't see them anymore. We walked down the street in silence just holding each other's hand.

"Babe," he said.

"Yes?"

"Why did you lie about how we met?" He smiled at me.

He knew goddamn well why I didn't.

"Come on Thomas, I'm not gonna tell that we fucked once and then just fell in love."

He laughed loudly and uncontrollably. I loved to see him like this. A few people looked weird at us but we didn't care. I hugged him and he leaned over and our lips met. The kiss lasted for a couple of seconds before we let go of each other.

"I love you babe," he said.

"I love you too."
