Arin told Dan.
He looked over at the older mans face and saw his reaction of surprise and sadness.
"Arin" he started "Please tell me your joking" by the way he was speaking you could tell he was holding back tears, sadly Arin shook his head 'no'.
Dan could feel his heart slowly rip apart, he wished this was a nightmare. Just a dumb nightmare then he could wake up, wake up next to Arin and everything could be perfect!
But that wasn't the case. This is reality. A reality in which Arin's life was slowly fading away.

Around and around like sharks waiting to finally attack and cause a breakdown.
Dan snapped back into real life and looked over at Arin who was twisting his wedding ring around on his finger. Dan looked down at his own and smiled at the memories, but now that thought came to mind 'What will you do when he is gone? Will you mourn and find someone new? Will you never let go of your once perfect life with him and die alone with the memories of the once happy and energetic Arin?'.
Dan felt as if the floor under him could give out and he'd fall down a never ending void of darkness, he couldn't imagine life without Arin!
Life without him would just be... Be... A wish for death!
"Danny?" Arin asked as he put a hand on Dan's arm making Dan flinch, Arin quickly pulled his hand away.
"I'm sorry!" He said hastily, Dan gave him a warm smile and cupped Arin's cheek.
"Don't apologize baby girl" Arin softly laughed and pulled Dan into a hug. "Hey Dan?" "Yes dumpling?" "I wove you" Dan laughed at the younger man "I wove you too".
