Marinette pulled a cookie out of her bag and handed it to Tikki. She needs to find Chat Noir, right now, today. She can't just sit around doing nothing while her partner is missing. She needs to know he's okay, to make sure everything is alright because not knowing is driving her crazy. She can't manage to forget one more minute. She needs to find him, make sure he's ok. Once Tikki ate the cookie she looked around to make sure no one was watching. "Tikki, spots on!"

Ladybug searched the empty street, where is she suppose to start? It's not like she can go running around yelling Chat. It would be easier if she knew where he lived or had his number. Maybe not knowing who they are actually wasn't such a good idea... She pulled out her yoyo and tried calling him once again, but as before he didn't answer. She was about to throw her yoyo on top of a roof and go searching, try and just wander around town until a better idea came to her. But before she could, "Ladybug!!!" Ladybug quickly turned around to find Alya recording as usual. She smiles at her friend, but it's a forced smile because at this moment she just wants to find Chat and nothing will make her feel better until he comes back. She doesn't want to be asked questions right now.  "Uhh, hi." She said trying to act normal. Alya stood before her, her smile she isn't able to contain. "So everyone is dying to know, where is Chat Noir? And is Adrien Agreste your new partner?" Ladybug stood there staring at the camera. Everyone else is noticing Chat's gone. Of course they noticed, he is one of the two heroes of Paris. And everyone is going to expect her to know where he is. She's not sure where he is either. Wait maybe this can help her find him.

Ladybug's expression turned into an actual smile looking at Alya, getting a tiny bit of hope again in finding her partner. "Honestly, i have no idea where Chat Noir is." She said looking at Alya. She looks at the camera and sighs, her face no longer holds the smile and sadness fills her expression. "Chat Noir, if you see this, please come out and try and contact me. I'm worried about you, Paris needs you. I need you. I can't do this by myself." Saying the words out loud hurts more. She needs him more than ever, she didn't know it'd hurt this much. And this whole Adrien thing, she realized she can't do it alone, she needs him. Of course she loves having Adrien help out, but he's not Chat. He's not her flirty punny best friend. Her partner. And she can't shake off the worry and pretend everything is ok without Chat.

Before Alya can say anything else, she swung away. She has to get away, the tears are threatening to come out. Why does it have to hurt so bad? She's completely worried about him, she needs to find him. She has to because she doesn't know how long she can last this way. The ache in her chest only gets worse, she needs her Kitty. She hops in her room and changes to Marinette. She instantly falls on the ground as the tears come pouring out. She misses him so much and she's terrified something horrible might have happened to him.  Tikki stares at her, unsure what to say to reassure her friend.

"I'm scared Tikki." Marinette was able to respond between sobs. Tikki flew and sat on her lap, "I'm sure he's fine Marinette. Watch, when he does show up you'll guys will be laughing at how worried you were. It's only been a few days." Marinette wiped her cheeks, a bit hopefully that Tikki is right. She needs to get a grip, she'll just try and be strong until he comes back. Then they'll laugh together like before, and everything will be fine.

Adrien lays on his bed, picturing where his ring might be. It's pointless on trying to figure it out. It's been gone a few days now, meaning it's gone forever. He has to accept that, he can't cling to that tiny bit of hope forever. He opened up his phone, staring at his mom. He lost her, he can't lose Ladybug either. So what he doesn't have Plagg, or a black cat suit or a stick. He can still be the hero of Paris can't he? A notification popped up on his phone. Alya posted a video on her Lady Blog. Maybe he can watch himself in action. Usually he would be worried about Adrien getting involved in the battles, it might start raising questions. But it's not like he has to hide anymore, he's no longer Chat Noir.

He clicked on the video and you can hear Alya's voice, she's asking about Chat Noir, and about Adrien. He sees Ladybug, she's smiling then sighs. "Honestly, i have no idea where Chat Noir is." She said. Then her face drops and she looks terribly sad. "Chat Noir, if you see this, please come out and try and contact me. I'm worried about you, Paris needs you. I need you. I can't do this by myself." He could see her eyes start to water up before she quickly leaves. Does she really miss him that much? She's that worried about him? Maybe she really was falling for him? No, not him anymore, Chat Noir. How could this be happening right now? Right when she might actually match his feelings? He left her hurting and worried. She looked so sad. His heart aches at the thought. He's making her so upset, he has to tell her. He can't leave her waiting, because that means she'll be waiting for a partner who is never coming back. He can't do that to her. He has to tell her next battle. No matter what.

Hawk Moth smiles, walking around the room. Chat Noir is really missing, or in hiding. A planning began forming in his head, the greatest plan he's ever come up with. A more thought out a plan, the perfect plan. He just needs a specific person to corporate. Who does Ladybug trust the most? Chat Noir of course. Her partner, and seeing how she's so worried, once she gets him she won't being thinking twice. Makes her a perfect target. And makes Chat Noir the most likely person to get the earrings. He smiles as his window opens, what a perfect day.
