i swiftly walk around the room pacing. me and johnny were trying to see if we could make each other laugh. i have been trying for 45 minutes and he is just staying still. he lets out a smile and i caught it. he didn't know though. johnny likes music. ok i got this

i walk into the bathroom and play a song. through the crack of the door i see confusion. i come out of the bathroom slide on the floor and use my hand to circle my head. it was very awkward. but he laughed and it work. i let out a small smile, and he came closer. he let a hand out and picked me up. i then flung to the bed and sat down i cuddled in the blanket and johnny just laughed

"im assuming your tired." johnny quietly said while nodded softly. 

"ok ill go call lauren to come and get you. one sec"

"no stay i don't want to move."

he laughs while i say and and sits down. i un-curl my body and hug his torso. 

"your going to be my stuffed animal tonight."

"alright mack z"

i playfully slapped him and he layed down next to me. he played with my hair and i just smiled. i snuggled into his chest and he hugs my waist.

[next day] 

my hand reach my eyes and my legs softly untangle. and get of the bed. i got to his bathroom and see a comb, brush and gel. ugh this won't help. i walk to the door hoping its not squeaky. i softly open the door knob and then realize i forgot my phone. i quickly get my phone and kiss johnny's forehead. i go to the door and look back and then go to go laurens room. i go in and see lauren and brynn sleeping. i roll my eyes. and walk to them. i pull the blanket off them and grab there legs. to pull them out. 

"guys get up we have 1 hour for the 3 of us to shower, change, and eat breakfast!"

they both widen there eyes and jump out of bed. i went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth with a spare brush i have in my dance bag for after lunch and i took a bath . i comb my hair with one of laurens comb and tie it up. lauren gave me a white leotard and black sweatpants. I wore socks and then go downstairs with my bag ready. lauren was already ready for dance already downstairs and brynn came running down the stairs with her beauiful hair covering her face

"wow brynn you good?"

"yea thanks. i got ready and i still have to do my hair."

me and lauren laugh and continue to eat our cearl and milk. i both my dish in the sink wash it and put it in the dishwasher. lauren does the same and i do brynn's because she's busy fixing her hair. 

"alright you wanna go now?"

"sure. but what happened with johnny last night? you never came back."

"yea i spent the night with him we tried to make each other laugh and didn't go well and i got tired so i feel asleep on johnny's bed."

"nice ok my brother is coming to dance today."

"oh cool."

my head is spinning i hope he didn't know about the forehead kiss thing.

"johnny lets go!"

"coming" 

i her a faint voice which becomes louder as he comes closer. 

"hey guys lets go."

my cheeks heat up. and i slip into the car 

"shotgun" me and johnny say

"double shotgun" me and johnny say

"triple shoutgun" we say

the next thing i know i am in the air hanging off of johnnys shoulder.

"hey thats not fair johnnyyyy"

"fine ill tell them about today."

"YOU WERE AWAKE!" i scream into his ear since i was still dangling on johnnys shoulder. 

"of course you chicken" he said making me smile a bit. i dont why i have this reaction on him. i guess this time i won't be a player

"ugh fine" i say since i don't need him to tell brynn and lauren what i did today morning. 

"lets go girls we are getting late. and guy" meredith says making all us girls laugh and johnny get fake mad and throw a fit. 

i smile and sit in the back. i sit behind the divers seat on the window side. I look at the window with my headphones plugged into my phone blasting music and the bright sunny la sunshine shinning on my face. definitely instagram worthy but im too lazy. i hear brynn and lauren trying to guess what i did in the morning and i dont need to get in the middle of that. 

we reach the studio and brynn, lauren, and i are going to start first 

"ok your trio is called 'watch' and its a emotional lyrical, contemporary mix. its not hard but nail the emotions and the dance is easy. ok lets start with the blonds on both sides of brunette" 

the girls and i laugh at our nicknames and we stand one behind each other. 

"ok lauren go in the front and switch with brynn. now go on the right side to do a side lunge and mackenzie you do the same a little higher on the left and brynn do the same as lauren but higher."

we nod and get into the postions as she repeats. 

"ok that will be your starting and ending. now in the dance you will be holding each other a lot so be ready for that."

we finished our dance in a hour and went to the room johnny was in to practice. we laughed and joked around while doing our dance but the moms could clearly not see that we were practicing. because abby came in 40 minutes after we entered the room. 

"whats going on kids are you guys not practicing? show me the dance. it should be perfected."

all of us nodded got into postion.

we finished the dance and she aplouds. 

"good job just keep working on it so you dont forget it later when you are on stage."

we nod and and she leaves johnny then gave me a concered look and i gave him a questioning look. he chuckled but my face stayed the same. 

"your cute" he simply said without over thinking it or second judging what he just said but i think he already did because he was waiting for a response.

so i went extra simple 

"thanks i know."

he laughs and shakes his head. we continue to do the dance and have fun and then it was time for the group. so the dance is called 'the middle' and i will have mackenzie the lead. you will all have the same choreography besides lauren and brynn and mackenzie. lauren will be on one side brynn on the other and mackenzie on the middle.
