Chapter 8 - Anna

Sooooo.... Blaire kissed Spencer (on the cheek, but meh, that's a small detail)... Well that happened...

Do those guys no realise we can see outside, there's freaking windows, mate. We know what happened, don't try to hide it you little minxes. Haha, shipping game is on!

*After Hours*

"Turn my headphones up, turn my headphones up!" Marcus says, singing along to his favourite song. I might aswell do as he says. I grab his phone and turn the volume up to maximum. "Anna! I'm not being serious, turn my headphones back down!"

"Sorry." I sigh, turning away and winking at Kenna who giggles a little.

"So what are we going to do this time?" Spencer sighs.

"I'M not going to the shop again, there's a super creepy lady there who always stares at me and asks me how 'Dearie' is doing. Like, who the hell is Dearie?!" I explain, looking at them matter-of-factly.

"I'll go this time!" Leo offers, pulling out his wallet.

"You should know what we want." Blaire sighs, leaning against one of the cupboards in the storeroom and sliding down it slowly.

"I want the fruit pot!" I screech so Leo can hear me as he leaves.

"Let's have a chat about what we saw in the restaurant, okay?" Kenna sighs.

"It wasn't anything." Blaire snaps, a look of pain and anger seeping across Spencer's face. Damn, Blaire, you shouldn't have said that!

"How can it not be anything?" He questions her, leaning over and pointing at her accusingly.

"I didn't mean it like that, I just..."

"You just what?"

"Well Anna and Marcus..."

"Who cares about Anna and Marcus?" Spencer screams.

"Err... Spencer? We're right here." I sigh, pulling him away from her.

"Just admit it already and stop with this rubbish." Marcus says, rubbing his forehead and sighing.

"Admit what?" Blaire says spitefully, her face all scrunched up.

"Oh come on!" Spencer retorts, shaking his head and pushing himself up from the floor.

"Spencer, get out. Anna and I are going to talk to Blaire. Kenna, can you go with him to make sure he doesn't do anything stupid?" Marcus explains, biting his lip and kicking the back of Spencer's knee, causing him to run away

"Blaire... How do you feel about Spencer?" I ask softly, sitting next to her and grabbing her hand.

"I... I don't think that I like him."

"Then why aren't you admitting that?!" Marcus says - taking this the wrong way. - so I shoot him a nice angry look.

"Because I can." Okay, I'm going to cough a few times, make it obvious to Marcus that she doesn't like him.

"Rude much." Leo sighs, poking his head round the door, holding a sharing bag of gummy bears for Blaire.

"Piss off, Leo." She snaps, and the bag is chucked towards us. YES THE FRUIT POT IS IN THERE!! Sorry, got sidetracked.

"Hey, why'd you have to be so rude to Leo, he bought you freaking gummy bears you...!" I shout at her.

"Shut up."

"Pffffffffffft." Marcus sighs.

"You dare hurt Spencer..." I whisper into her ear and she shoots me a look.

"I thought you liked Marcus." She says, her face twisted.

"I do. Now, we've got to go speak to Spencer, you stay here and I'll go get Kenna and Leo." I stand up, beckoning Marcus over and walking out the door.

"Kenna! Leo! Get your arses out back!" I holler at them, walking through the double doors back into the front of the coffee shop where Spencer is waiting.

"What did she say?" He asks, running towards me and holding my shoulders so tight it almost hurts.

"What do you think?" Marcus sighs, raising his eyebrow at Spencer.

"I don't know what to think."

"She likes you mate, now go make out." Marcus giggles, winking at Spencer.

"You can't be serious!" I exclaim, staring at Marcus's wide grin. "She doesn't like him she just wants to hurt him!"

"What?"
