Freddy POV

But I was wrong.

I turn around to see a man with long hair down to his neck and look a bit familiar.

"Mr Finn" was let out of her mouth by Tomika

"Hey guys how we all doing?" He said stuffing his face with a bagel

Then point the bangle towards Esme asking if she wants a bite, but her face can tell that she doesn't.

"What are you doing here?" Tomika said getting all sweaty

"Well" take a bite of his bagel "I'm here for the same reason why you guys are here"

The whole car pause. He is just about to take another bite of his bagel until he says "to save Summer"

"How you know about that" Lawrence said

"Oh because last night when Freddy send that text to everyone that we are going to save her" he says barely getting all of them words out of mouth because the bagel was in there.

The whole car stares at me. Tomika looks like she was going to strangle me.

"Well what are we waiting for let go" Mr Finn says getting of the boot

Everybody turns their heads to him. We all looked confused.

"Wait you are not going to stop us from going on this trip?" Lawrence says the second before I was going to ask that question.

"What no, why would I do that?" Mr Finn says "why would I want one of my own student to go through something like this.I mean she could die and if we don't save her we will never see her again"

That one sentence touch all of ours hearts at once.

"So you ready?" Tomika says looking back at him

"When have I never been ready?" He says while laughing

"Ok but Mr Finn...." Tomika say before getting interrupted by him.

"Ahhhhhh Don't call me Mr Finn, right now I am not you're teacher instead just call me Dewey"

Tomika finally finishes her sentence by saying"Ok Dewey, can you keep a secret to never tell anyone about our little trip"

"I promise, now let get this show on the road" he says while slapping g the seats in front of him.

"Emmm Mr Finn..." Lawrence shakes his head and continue speaking "Dewey it would be a lot easier if you would to drive so maybe can you drive?"

"Ya sure thing buddy my driver license only expired 8 months ago so we are good"

He climbs over the seat in front of him causing so much hassle as he steps on Esme lap put his hand in my face and jump into the front seat of the car.

He sits the in the driving seat "so where are we going?

"To Wichita Falls up north" Tomika says looking at the map.

"Oh I was there before" he says

"Were you really?" Tomika says Loki g actually quiet surprise

"No I am only joking, but I have a friend who cousin went to a small little village there"he said making Tomika mad

"And what did he think of it?" Zack says

"We don't know because he never came back" following that sentence from Dewey the whole car went quite

"Now let go" He say for like the third time.

He turns on the car and we get going.

After hearing what Dewey said about how his friend cousin never came back I am staring to have second thought about taking this trip.—————————————————————————————————————————

2 Hours Later

The whole car haven't spoken in a while and we all were getting tired.

Zack finally decided to say the first word in a while and said "emm Dewey what of are parents going to think when we all are not in class"

My heart stop for a few seconds after remembering that.

"Oh don't worry" as he wave his hand in the air " I have everyone of you guys mark present"

"Woaaahh" the whole car says.

"What time is it anyway?" Lawrence asked

Tomika take out her phone and check the time.

"It is 12:15" as she put her phone back into her pocket.

"Ok guys pee break time" Dewey says as he pulls into a petrol station

He got out extremely as he park the car and ran to the bathroom.

We all get out too. I bring my bag as I have money in it.

We all enter in a dodgy, shady looking petrol station with the counter guy counting how many cigarettes he has.

As soon as the bells ran on the door as we entered in he looks up.

A man with a bread and a bandanna on his head greeted us from the counter "how ya doing"

Tomika looks at all of us "good" she reply's

"Shouldn't you guys be in school?" He said in a sketchy voice.

Tomika is about to say something until I pull her shoulder back and take over by saying "shouldn't you mind your own business"

The second I blurted them words from out of my mouth I look back with regret.

The guy drops his cigarette and jumps over the counter just to sit on it facing me.

"You must be that kid that thinks he is everything" as he now starts to slowly approach me "your the kid that thinks he runs the school"

The more and more steps he approaches me the more and more I get scarer.

"Well let me tell ya young kid, life is not easy at all, in fact life is unfair" he is right now at my face "like right now for you"

"What do you mean?" I say really scared thinking that he is going to knock me out.

"I mean your van out there right now is getting stolen" everybody look outside the windows to see two 30 year old men taking the car and pulling out of the parking lot.

We all run outside trying to stop them but it is to late, they already left.

I look back at the guy in the shop to hear him say "perfect example"

It was hand on head for us, there was still so much of the trip left and now the van is gone..............

Is this the end of their trip????
