Hayden’s P.O.V
There she was asleep in my arms, she looked so peaceful. I looked up and saw Kyren, I gestured him over and he sat in the seat across from us. He didn’t look too happy, guess he was still beating himself up about what happened. I spent most of the journey playing games on my phone but I soon got bored ‘cos I had no-one to talk to and I didn’t wanna wake up Taylor. We finally arrived at the first filling station and I really needed to pee. At the sight of burger king everyone started to groan.
“You’re not pleasuring me.” A girl at the back of the coach shouted
"That's what she said," another person shouted
Everyone on the coach burst out into laughter
“Wake up Taylor.”
“No 5 more minutes mom.”
I laughed
“We’re at the filling station and I’m not your mum, get up we have to get off the coach.”
“No carry me.” She whined
“She probably thinks you’re her dad now.” He grinned
“Fine.”
I picked her up and got off the coach.
“Mr Richards, put her down at once.”
“Ok Miss.”
“Taylor wake up, I have to put you down.”
“No.” she moaned
“Taylor, wake up.”
“I don’t wanna.”
“I’ll poke you in the butt,” Kyren said
“Ok, I’m up.”
I put her on her feet and she didn’t look very happy.
“It’s ok you can go back to sleep when we get back on the coach,” Kyren said and poked her in the butt.
“You’re dead meat.”
She ran after him but he was faster because he had longer legs. She stopped, took of her shoe and threw it at him. He saw it coming and ducked and it hit an old lady in the face. I was actually rolling on the floor laughing but I remembered that I needed to pee so I went before I wet myself.
I got out of the bathroom and saw Kyren talking to a confused old lady and Taylor hiding in the photo booth. I stood next to the photo booth and laughed.
“Stop it you’ll draw attention.”
I couldn’t help myself the scene of the shoe hitting the lady’s face kept replaying in my head. Kyren walked over with Taylor’s shoe in his hand and a very amused look on his face.
“You can come out now.”
She slowly creeped out of the booth and her whole face was red with embarrassment.
We both couldn’t help but laugh.
“How about you guys stop laughing and we go and get some food before we starve on the three hour journey to the next station.”
We both shut up and followed her to pizza hut. We ordered 2 medium pizza’s one Hawaiian and the other meat feast, 2 boxes of chicken wings and 2 boxes of garlic bread plus a big bottle of coke. We ate one of each box, drank half the bottle of coke and decided to take the rest back to the coach to eat later.
Before we got on the coach we were warned by Miss Clayton not to make a mess.
Taylor fell asleep for an hour, then poked me because she was hungry. We got out the food which was weirdly enough still warm and shared it out.
“Do you want some?” Taylor asked the girl sitting next to Kyren
“Don’t talk with your mouth full.”
She brought out her tongue to reveal the chewed up food that was in her mouth.
“Dude, that’s nasty,” I said whilst moving ever so slightly away from her.
The girl next to Kyren was laughing so hard. She evidently found Taylor’s disgusting manners amusing. God knows why.
She leaned over me and put the pizza box in front of the girl. She took one and said
“Thanks.”
“Oh look, the nerds seem to be socialising.” Amber said from the back
“Why are you still alive, you FU-?”
I covered her mouth before she could finish her sentence
I felt something warm on my hand so I quickly moved it away from her hand
“Ew, did you lick me?”
She put her hands on her waist, puffed out her chest and smiled proudly. The girl just cracked up in the corner.
“By the way what’s your name?” Taylor asked
“Raine.”
“Got it,” Taylor said and smiled
We talked for half an hour and then Taylor decided she was sleepy and went back to sleep. I swear all this girl did was eat and sleep, but I was glad to see that she was happy.
