Pathetic

"Pathetic. Weakling." Jemnus Woods newly founded mate growled.

Jem was born a normal werewolf but was adopted by the moon goddess sister when she was 3 after her parents died.

Growing up in a powerful realm with magic given to her by her aunt, Jem becomes a little greedy.

One day Jem breaks a precious vase of the moon goddess and refuses to apologize.

To teach Jem a lesson, they strip her of her power and leaves her on earth until she can understand that she has more than she should ever want.

Another motive was for Jem to find her mate but as it turned out, her mate hates weaklings.

[Spoiler] Jems mate never really accepts her nor reject. They do altho become closer.

After a while the gods forgive Jem and she regains her power and return to be with the gods.

"Pathetic. Weakling." Jem smirked at her mate as she ascended towards her home where the gods were.

At that point her mate was already deeply in love with her and with the weeks following, he would roar with anger, cursing her and the goddesses for taking his lover away.

At the end she goes back to him and they finally fully become mates.
