"You kissed her!" Lyrah cried," i saw you two!"
"I didn't kiss her, ladybug..," Jaces face filled with a concern look
"I saw you!" another tear streamed down her face.
Jace sighed. "She kissed me, ladybug. I didn't kiss her back. I pushed her away. You saw me push her away," jace voice filled with sorrow.
Lyrah turned her back to him, too prideful and hurt to use her brain.
"I think you should keep out of my sight for a few weeks," lyrah said, wounded.
"Ladybug..," jace said as his voice wobbled.
He stepped up the couple of feet and hugged lyrah from behind. "Lyrah, please don't do this. Our wedding is soon. I love only you. I'm sorry. I'm sorry.. i love you."
Tears rained down on lyrah. "Please," she wept," get out.."
Jace hugged her for a couple seconds more before he finally let go.
"I'll be back, ladybug," he said as he closed the door to their apartment.
Lyrahs legs gave out and she crashed towards the ground with a thud. She curled into an eggshape and cried and cried over and over again.
