Chapter 5/1 Valentines Day part 2

Your p.o.v.
We started driving Connor had one hand on the wheel and the other was holding my hand.Our fingers intwined I felt relaxed being here with him.The car radio was on playing then the song Perfect came on.
I found a love for me
Darling just dive right in and follow my lead
Well I found a girl beautiful and sweet
As the song continued to go on I heard Connor quietly singing to it his voice was just beautiful.I decided to sing along with him.
Oh I never knew you were the someone waiting for me
Cause we were just kids when we fell in love
Not knowing what it was

When the song ended I looked over at Connor who was smiling,"You sing so good Connor."I said he shook his head
"Not really."He said
"What are you talking about you sing so good."I said I saw his cheeks turn pink from blushing.I smiled.
"You sound better than me."He said I smiled and shook my head.~...~
We finally arrived we were at the orchard.But it was different I noticed lights hanging from the trees.The lights went across the tree we sat under yesterday.I felt Connor hold my hand we walked over to the tree the setup was really pretty the lights above us,the blanket on the grass,and the little picnic basket set on top of the blanket.It was so pretty,"Connor it's so beautiful."I said breathlessly we sat down on the blanket,"Did you do all this?"
"Yea with the help of my sister too."he said I smiled at him he smiled back at me.Connor opened the basket he took out the food we started eating,"Are you and your sister close?"I asked Connor looked over at me and shrugged.
"No not really we fight all the time."Connor said
"Oh how come?"I asked
"I don't know I guess we've kinda drifted apart as we got older."he said I nodded he ran his fingers through his hair.I placed my hand over his hand,"So what about you and Jared you guys close?"Connor asked
"Yea we are I guess in our own weird way."I said while giggling Connor smiled.~...~
The sun was starting to set.Me and Connor were laying on the blanket just staring at the sky.A small breeze picked up I cuddled into Connors side I wrapped my arms around his waist.He wrapped his arm around me,"You know you've made me feel the happiest person ever."I said
"Well I can't say you haven't done the same."Connor said,"Your probably the only thing that's kept me alive.Your all I can ever think about.Your the best thing that's ever happened to me you have no idea."he said he kissed my head I nuzzled my head into Connors side.It was silent it was a comforting silence then I heard soft music playing I moved my face out of his side.He looked over at me,"Want to dance?"he asked I smiled at him,"Of course."I said smiling we got up I stood in front of Connor I wrapped my arms around his neck.He wrapped his arms around my waist we slowly danced together while the slow music played.He placed his chin on top of my head,"I-I love you."Connor said lowly I moved my head out from under his chin I looked up at him and placed a kiss on his lips,"I love you too."I replied while smiling at him.
"I love you more than you'll ever know."he said he moved my hair behind my ear and placed a kiss on my lips I kissed him back.The kiss was slow and passionate Connor was gentle with the kiss.We broke apart I looked at him and gently smiled he smiled back at me.~...~
Connor dropped me off at my house.He walked me to my front door,"Thank you for making today a wonderful time."I said Connor smiled.
"Anytime I'm glad you enjoyed today."Connor said with a smile I placed a quick kiss on his lips.He smiled gently I unlocked my front door and opened it I looked behind me and saw Connor walking to his car.I watched him until he drove away I closed the front door and locked it quietly while I was smiling like an idiot.I quietly went upstairs to my room and closed my door quietly.I turned on my lamp that was on my dresser I sat on my bed and took off my shoes I went to my closet and took out my pajamas.I took off my clothes and put on my pajamas I went under my blankets I reached over to my lamp and turned it off and fell asleep.
