Guys' night out! Part 1

Donnie's POV

After we played hockey for a while, we dropped our things off at Ed's place before heading off to do other things. Maybe we'd get some dinner later, maybe we'd go see a movie, maybe we'd just goof off around the city, who knows? It kinda went from a little guys' outing to a full on guys' night out. I guess we were just kinda gonna "go with the flow". You know, go wherever the night takes us right? We were walking down the street, going nowhere in particular.

"So guys, what're we gonna do now?" Mikey asked

"I don't know, what do you guys wanna do?" Leo replied. We all shrugged

"As long as it doesn't involve girls, we can do whatever we want to!" Dan said. We all laughed

"Yeah!" We cheered.

"You know, I never really understood girls.... Or why you guys are so interested in them, they're nothing but a pain in the ass!" Dan said.

"That's 'cause you're gay Dan. If you were straight you'd understand a little more, maybe.... Honestly, I don't even know what we see in girls. They kinda are a pain to deal with." Leo said.

"Lily was probably the only acception to that..." I said quietly, looking down with my hands in my pockets.

"Aww, come on Don," Ed said, patting my back, "It's okay man, I'm sorry about her, but hey, let's just forget about girls tonight, huh? I mean, it's a guys' night out! Who needs girls?! We can have loads of fun withoutthem nagging us about everything! Just forget about her Don. Just for tonight." He said. I looked up at him. He smiuled brightly at me, along with the others. I sighed and smiled

"Alright alright, I'll try to drop it for one night." I said smiling. Dan slapped my back again

"There ya go bud! Nobody needs girls! Besides, you're finally away from that old hag you call a girlfriend! No offense." He said. I rolled my eyes

"She's not an old hag." I said, "I know she can be a little annoying sometimes, and it's kinda nice not having her clinging to me for once, but she's not THAT bad." I said. Dan rolled his eyes.

"You're so blind dude!" Dan said

"What?"

"You really are dude." Mikey said

"No I'm not! She's fine!" I said

"Oh my god! I just thought of a song that goes perfectly with this situation!" Ed exclaimed

We all looked at him

"What?" I said. He whispered something to Mikey and the others and they all laughed and nodded.

He cleared his throat loudly. Oh God, I didn't know he was gonna sing it.

"I know you're, the kinda girl

you only care about one thing" Ed began

"Oh God." I said

"Who you've seen, or where you've been

who's got money" Mikey said

Ed: "I see that look, in your eyes

it tells a million lies"

Mikey: "But deep inside, I know why

you're talking to him"

Ed: "I know what you're all about,

I really hope he figures it out"

Mikey: "She's one of those girls

nothing but trouble"
