"Then swing the line forward to cast into the water. Hopefully some little nippers are gonna bite and pull onto the critter and done - we have a fish!" Jason Orange's father explained to him. You see, the 19 year old boy has never really bonded with his father - being a 'mummy's boy' if you will - so with his dad being a keen fisherman, he decided to go with. Unfortunately, his twin brother came too as he didn't want to stay with his marvellous mother or the crazy children. With Jason being the oldest sibling out of several, he often felt like he was ignored or not as important although their parents loved them all very much apart from each other. The thing was, his parents split when he was younger, leaving his mum pregnant with one of his sisters so Jason had to very quickly grow up in order to help his suffering mother. Although he didn't have much free time, it helped him become sensible, outgoing and mature; this was something many people his age lacked.

They were fishing on a still riverbed far from the city of Manchester in which they all lived apart from the father who lived in a small town close by to this location. Surrounding the peaceful water was tall-standing elegant trees which inhabited a range of animals including beautiful birds, strange squirrels as well as incredible insects and other creepy-crawlies. The shining sun roared over the boys and men as beads of sweat trickled down their foreheads allowing a few strands of hair to stick.

It was fantastic!

Whenever Jason had the opportunity to, he travelled to see his father and they went fishing together. Growing older, Jason was fascinated by the concept and how simple the process is as well as the satisfying award that usually comes at the end. If it doesn't, there is more of a competition to succeed the following time. Also, Jason enjoyed watching the little ripples in the water but more so, the fun memories he was creating with his dad - a man he hardly spoke to in the distant past. These were the memories that he would hold onto forever and reminisce in many years to come as well as performing them with his children in the future. Jason could not understand how his brother didn't like the amazing hobby but in a way he was glad so he could spend more time alone with his beloved father. On top of that, Jason loved how the sun would set on the river and form breathtaking reflections. As time flew, the two men would often be found sitting in a wooden boat for hours in the cold.

It was a beautiful moment to share...
