"Hello, this is Gladys from state farm. I'm calling to apologize for sending you into a coma. Also, do you want to purchase alpaca insurance?" This was the first thing I heard when I woke up. It was playing from my missed message machine.
"John! You're awake! exclaimed a female voice. I looked around to see Jan's face staring at me from above.
"Micheal? Micheal!" I screamed.
"Oh John, I don't know how to tell you this but Micheal is dead. He died in the plane crash."
I didn't know how to respond to this, so I let my eyes overfill with tears.
