Max saw the house and grinned. He was practically bouncing out of his seat from excitement. This was his first time being home in a while so he was very happy. As soon as the car had stopped, Max was out and through the front door. Jasper was sitting on the couch; Max ran at him and jumped on him making Jasper laugh some.
"Welcome home buddy!," Jasper hugged Max tightly.
"Home! I missed home!," Max grinned and ran into his room. He grabbed his legos and dragged them into the living room. David smiled warmly and walked over, Max handed him some legos.
"I'm guessing the first thing we are doing is playing with toys?," David chuckled some as Max nodded. Jasper sat next to Max and wrapped an arm around the boy. "Hey Jasper, I know that we only have Max for the weekend, but after we are done I planned to meet up with someone," David smiled nervously.
"Oh, alright, that's fine," Jasper smiled and played with Max's small hands. Max suddenly screamed loudly and laughed happily.
"David and Jasper gonna play again!!," Max leaned back on Jasper and stuck his tongue out. He really had changed since he left.
Four hours later, David left to go see his 'friend'. This left Jasper and Max alone which neither of them were complaining about.
David smiled as he walked over to Jake, they had met a few months before Max introduced them. Jake smiled at the taller man and walked over giving him a hug before kissing all over his face. David giggled and hugged back, neither of them saw this as cheating, Jasper knew about it and allowed it. Jake didn't really know Jasper all to well so he wanted to wait a little bit until he could decide whether he wanted to include Jasper in his and David's relationship. If they did end up doing this, Jake would most likely move in with them and they would have to tell Max about it. The best part was that if Jake moved in, Max could move in again as well.
"I missed you Davey," Jake held David close and smiled. David snuggled himself into Jake.
"I missed you too Jakey!,"
