Save each other

chapter 2

His messy hair covered his eyes and forehead almost completely. the scar in his cheek now looked just like a thin white line, reminding him of his enemy every day.  Last night he almost didn't got to his bed of how tired he was. burnt pieces of paper laid around the room like the floor was made of them. kylo was driving himself crazy writing the same thing over and over again until he fell asleep on his desk. his eye bags were redder and bigger everyday that passed. sometimes there were days he couldn't eat, he just lay on the floor trying to reach Rey's mind, failing every time. he haven't heard or seen her since she shut the door on him on Crait, it kept him up at night the thought that maybe she closed herself off from the force or maybe she was... dead.

fear that he couldn't speak to her, see her beautiful hazel eyes or listen to her passionate voice again ate him from the inside out until he finally fell into a dreamless sleep. it was a loop, he thought he was trapped in. he would never be the mighty kylo ren again. Hux took over the First Order weeks later after Snoke died. He didn't needed any powers to see Kylo's weakness, so he became the new supreme leader.

Kylo couldn't care less of what was happening in the galaxy, he was too tormented by his own thoughts to think of what was going on outside his room. His training was very important still. there was a point in his life were he didn't trained for weeks, but now he tried to train at least four times a week. today was one of those days.

he picked lightsaber from the floor and headed down to the training room. it  wasn't a really equipped room since it was just for kylo, who just needed his weapon of choice, always being his lightsaber, and a target where he could put his anger into.

- I see your training again- Hux obnoxious voice said from the door entering the room. They haven't seen each other since Kylo got demoted. He didn't bother to turn around, he just kept swinging his lightsaber.- Good. I know you might not be interested, but we found the resistance's location. We're confronting them in two days.- after those words said Kylo had to stop by hearing the name of the rebels. he might see Rey again, if she was alive.

-im going.- he said with his usual deep voice.

-don't regret that decision, Kylo.- hux said before leaving the room for only Ben again.

he continued his training trying to concentrate, but he couldn't. He was too concerned by her. Kylo couldn't help but try again to reach for her mind, but failed again. He didn't understand why this was happening.
