A beeping sound rings loudly from my phone, urghhh is it 6.30 already? I jump out of bed, tap snooze for the alarm on my phone, grab my toothbrush, squeeze on some of my mint toothpaste and I brush my teeth quickly, I spit, rinse and then head back to my room. I tie up a pair of electric blue bikinis, I throw on a white dress, grab my pink beach bag, I pack sunscreen, towel, sunnies, a hat and my purse. I hear a car pull up at the front, I run to the window and see Louis hopping out of his car. As I reach the door I pull it open
"Hi Summer!"
How does he sound so awake now?!
"Hey" I say groggily hugging him
"Let's head off!"
We hop into the car, I turn on the radio, we drive onto the freeway
"Louis where are we going"
"It's a surprise Summer!"
Wherever we are going its a while away, we go to a McDonalds Drive-Thru
"What can I get you today?" The tired worker says
"What do you want?" Louis whispers
"An egg and bacon muffin and coffee please" I whisper back handing him some money
"Can we please have two regular sized coffees, and two egg and bacon muffins"
"Is that all for today?"
"Yes"
"Thanks, now drive on through"
We drive onto the next station. We hand the lady Louis's money as he refused to use mine, and next we pick up our breakfast. Louis hands me my coffee and muffin
"Coffeeeeeeeeee. Thanks Looouis"
He grins taking a massive bite out of his egg and bacon muffin. After I finish everything, I take off my sunnies and close my eyes....................
"Summer, wake upppp, we're here" Louis yells shaking me
"Alright, I'm awake, stoppppp" I say, sun in my eyes, I grab my sunnies from where I last left them and throw them on, what does that sign say?
"LOUIS I LOVE YOU SO MUCHHH, YOU ACTUALLY TOOK ME TO THE AQUASTRANZA!!!!!!!!"
Louis has a massive grin in his face, I jump on him and give him a big hug. We both hop out of the car and walk around to the boot, he grabs both of our two bags, and pulls me up into his back
"TO THE WATERSLIDES" Louis yells,
I laugh, god I'm so excited, me, Summer about to go inside The Aquastranza!!! The biggest waterpark in the UK!!!!! I saw a brochure in Starbucks, the place is covered in water slides, god I love waterparks so much!
We pay for unlimited access and slip on our purple wristbands, we both sprint over to two of the bright plastic chairs which are right in front of the main water slide tower, we head to line up at the bright blue slide, it goes straight down and then in a big loop, this is gonna make our stomachs drop big time!
"This one looks awesome!"
"Yea...." Louis says with a gulp
"Relax, it's not scary!"
"No, I'm not scared, do I look scared? Nope, yea I'm not scared"
As the line starts moving slowing, Louis is now next
"Go Lou!!"
He gets into the little tube waiting for the floor to drop
"Three...Two..One!"
Geez it's a big drop, he soon came out from the bottom and it's my turn. I get inside the tub and cross my arms over my chest like the instructor told me to, one two three, I shoot down, I let out a scream,
"Whooooooooooooh"
As I come to the end I jump out
"That was so much fun!!" I shriek
"Yep" Louis says bending over, I don't think he took the drop too well!
We walk over to another big water slide up lots of flights of stairs, we grab a two-seater floaty thing, we both carry one end each and run up the stairs
"This one looks good!" Louis says grinning
"I can't wait"
We wait in line for what seems like forever, we were both jumping up and down with excitement, finally our go!
I hop into the front and Lou in the back. They give us a push, and off we go, we spin in circles and circles and circles and then we enter a pitch black dome, then we enter another tunnel now flying backwards. Louis jerks his hand forward trying to find mine, I give him my hand and realise his shaking! Poor Lou. As the water slide comes to an end, I check up on Louis and we both decide to sit down and order lunch at the cafe within the waterpark. I glance at the menu picking a burger with the lot and a sprite. Our food comes pretty quickly, god it's so nice, after we finish we head back to the watersides. Louis picks me up, throws me over his shoulder, fire-man style and starts sprinting somewhere
"Put me down Louuuuis" I yell, punching his back, we come to a stop and he puts me down in front of a wave pool
"What was that for?" I say grinning
"I just felt like it"
We jump into the cool water, with the "waves" swaying us from side to side. Louis and I grabbed some life jackets which were hanging on a shelf next to the pool. We could both swim, but instead we acted like idiots who had never gone into the water before. Louis started splashing around like an idiot, but to the lifeguard it looked like he was drowning, so the lifeguard jumped into the water to save him. It was hilarious!! The day went by so quickly and soon the park was about to close. I chuck my dress into the bag and make sure I haven't left anything behind.
We walk up to the canteen , hand in hand, I'm not quite sure why we both did this but I liked it. I bought an icecream and Louis bought a slurpee, we walked back to the car, we were both completely exhausted.
We drive listening to the radio, singing really loudly and terribly, I do have to say that Louis is a really good singer.
After two hours or so we reach my house,
"Thank you Louis, I couldn't have asked for a better late-birthday-date!"
I hug him and I stop for a second, his lips touched mine, I could taste the cola from his slurpee and the salt from the water. It was a perfect end to the day. We both part and we both grin
"Goodbye Summer"
"Goodbye Louis"
