Next Generation of Fairytail - Volume I (Rewriting)

Chapter I - Hi I'm Nashi

A girl around 15 who is tall for a girl her age, has bright salmon pink hair and brown eyes flopped onto the extremely tempting bed. 

She moaned as she looked up at the slightly creamy white ceiling above her.

Then there was a quiet knock on the ochre door at the other side of the room.

"Who's there," grumbled the girl. 

"Its me," said hopeful a middle aged man.

" Come in dad," she groaned with a dull expression

The dad slowly opened the door and sat next to he girl on the bed, he had the same colored hair as his daughter but looked a lot happier.

"What's wrong Nashi?" he asked in the way dads do.

"Yuni beat me again," wailed the girl called Nashi as she rolled over.

Yuni was Nashi's arch-rival they competed about everything, she was also Mira Strauss's and the current Guild Master Luxus Dreyer's only daughter. Her hair is long and blonde, and her eyes are  blue making her the perfect model for Sorcerer Weekly.  She is also highly skilled in lightning magic like her dad, and almost made it to S-Class the previous year.

"Just get over it I know you'll beat her next time," replied Nashi's dad.

"Easy for you to say you're the great Natsu Dragneel," objected Nashi.

"Well..." said her dad Natsu unsure of what to say next.

It was true, her dad was Natsu Dragneel the man who defeated Zeref the Legendery black wizard, and not only that, her mum was Lucy Heartfilia part of ex-rich family, and an award winning author.

"You shouldn't talk to your dad like that!" Nashi and Natsu looked up to see Lucy storm into the room, Nashi rolled her eyes and fell back on the bed.

"It's okay Honey" reassured Natsu.

"No it's not! she can't keep talking to everyone like a spoiled bra..." halfway through her sentence she was interrupted by Luke wanting something.

Of coarse there was always Luke, he was Nashi's 100% annoying 7 year old younger brother.

"I'll come back to talk to you," scolded Lucy as she left the room the same way she entered.

"You should go to the guild hall before mum comes back," suggested Natsu as he stood up, grinned cheekily and left the room.

As Nashi thought about it dad was probably right, it would be way more fun hanging out with her friends like Kawa and Storm than being told of by her mum, or would it?

As soon as Nashi stepped into the guild hall she regretted it, yes all her friends were there but she was instantly confronted by Yuni.

"So you've finally stopped mourning and showed up," Yuni sneered "How about we have an actual fight instead of some silly old competition."

"But it's been less then thirty minuets since you won by unfairly cheating in the tree climbing comp," said a light blue cat called Kawa joining the conversation.

"First of all I didn't cheat and second it's none of your business you fluff ball," disagreed Yuni.

"Hey don't call my best friend a fluff ball," opposed Nashi

"Yeah, alright come on lets get on with the battle" replied Yuni, grabbing Nashi by the wrist and pulling her outside.

Once they had found a good spot Yuni let go of Nashi and both competitors got ready.

"who's going to be the referee?" asked Nashi.

" Not the Light Blue mistake," insisted Yuni.

"HEY!" yelled Kawa.

"What, about Storm?" Suggested Nashi.

Storm was a short boy with slightly blueish black hair and dark blue eyes. His parents were Gray Fullbuster and Juvia Fullbuster.

"Yea, fine, whatever," agreed Yuni.

"Are both of you ready?" Storm asked loudly.

"Yes!" replied Yuni and Nashi.

"Alright then ready, set GO!" shouted Storm.

Both the girls sped off launching weak attacks at each-over.

"You're better than I thought," judged Yuni "LIGHTNING RAMPAGE!"

Yuni shot lightning across the battlefield, Nashi tried to dodge but was unable to.

"Alright then, FIRE DRAGON'S BRILLIANT FLAME!" Nashi shot a ball of Fire at Yuni unfortunately Yuni deflected it with some lightning.

"That's not enough, THUNDER BALL," Yuni shot a sphere of electricity at Nashi.

"FIRE DRAGONS ROAR," Nashi cupped her hands to her mouth and shot fire out of her mouth to counter attack.

When the two attacks collided they made a ginormous explosion which pushed everyone back.

"I guess if I want to hit you I need to get up close," Nashi said confidently as she ran up to Yuni "FIRE DRAGONS IRON FIST" Nashi Punched Yuni in the stomach and sent her flying over her solder.

"You shouldn't leave your back open" Yuni stated "LIGHTNING SPEAR," Yuni shot a bolt of electricity at Nashi piercing her.

Suddenly both girls were picked up by a red haired women in shiny armour.

"You girls shouldn't be fighting in the gardens!!!!!!!!" Scolded the women" and any way you were doing it all wrong."

"I guess i'm going to have to show you how to really fight," she sighed as she put Nashi and Yuni down " come with me."

"what's my mum doing here," whispered a purple haired girl, to Storm.

This girl is Etsuko Fernandes and the women with the red hair is her mother Erza Scarlet, the strongest woman in Fairytail. Both of them have brown eyes and a battle outfit on. Like Yuni Etsuko had also took part of the S-class trial the year before.

In another part of Magnolia...

"So why are why here," complained Yuni, as soon as she said this Nashi nudged Yuni in the ribs.

" Both of you are absolutely hopeless so listen up," replied Erza sternly "First of all you kept on telling each over what you were about to do, Nashi you left your back open, and you pointed it out Yuni, Training will start tomorrow now Go!"
